General Talk / 100% plagiarism by turnitin. Should I rewrite the whole document? [13]

Hi there

I wrote a review article and got it ckecked through turnitin for plagiarism it turned out to be 18%. I re-wrote the highlighted parts and ran it again in turnitin. This time it showed 100% plagiarism. As it matched my 2nd submission against the 1st one.

I am extremely worried now. Will the scientific journal consider my work as plagiarised??
should I re-write the whole document again?

I am a molecular biologist, writing for almost 3 years. but used turnitin for plegrism check for the v.first time.
I didn't check the "no repository" option and my genuine work became a part of turnitin repository now, which i was supposed to submitt to a scientific journal.

Help if u can in this regard.
