Never relax and trust a company coming out of Pakistan. Recognize a shill when you see one at this forum. They may provide you with a paper but it will definitely be a problem. While it may not be plagiarized, it may not be comprehensible to the reader either. You have to make sure that you hire only a reputable writing company. It has to be a company that you have vetted or, at the very least, be a company that has been recommended to your by friends, classmates, or family members. Believe me, these people all have companies and writers to recommend. Anybody who says otherwise just refuses to admit it.

Are you talking about any company or companies in particular? If so, where are they in Pakistan, and how do you know what you know (including that they're there)?

The aforementioned website has been long taken down from its server. Although the url is still active, it no longer completes the handshake process. So I can assume that the owner of the domain name is going to let that expire without renewal as well. It is useful to do an IP trace on the exact location of a company during the consideration process. If it bounces from too many locations before arriving at a final destination, then the IP address is masked. The company does not exist where it claims to exist. Additionally, a simple Google Maps search would also provide more accurate location information that could help a client learn about the lies the company may be telling in order to gain clients.
