Academicwritinghelp.com IS THE BIGGEST SCAM---BEWARE

Do not use them! They refused to refund me my money. I paid over $600 to receive the paper within 6-8 hours. After waiting 14 hours, I called them back and found out that they didnt write the paper because of some credit card verification details. And they wouldn't be able to finish it for another 24 hours. They won't refund my money and I did not receive my paper.

When you are ordering over the phone, you get a nice fluent English speaker with a fake English name. When you call to talk to someone about an order you already paid for, you get a sarcastic rude thick -accented Indian named Rajeed!

Ramcok, contact your CC company and start a dispute. If a time-sensitive project wasn't delivered on time, especially when you paid extra for it, you can definitely get a refund through them. They just pull the funds away from the scammers and give it back to you.

Hello Everyone! Sadly to say, I have also been a victim of this fraud.
I requested a paper on body decorations like tattoos, piercings and so on; in return I got a paper about "Primitive religion" Which caught me of guard. How can the title be something and the body of the research paper be something entirely different?

I spent countless hours trying to change it, and I was immediately ignored when I asked for my money back. I immediately called chase bank and told me they could not do anything to help me, and so I wish to know if anyone out there has any tools in which I can act and get my 107 dollars back.

Here are some of the "Live Chat" conversations I had with 2 of their "advisors" :

Mathew: Hi this is your online writing consultant - Is there any way I could have you assisted?
Isabel : Hi
Mathew: how may I assist you?
Isabel : Could I get my paper fixed ^_^
Mathew: Yes
Mathew: Please provide the order reference number
Isabel: 12975724
Mathew: And the concerns on the chat
Isabel : well you see. My paper was on Body decorations. I also specified in my description what they where ,, tattoos, piercing, jewlery, makeup, and so on

Isabel: I recieved a paper on "Primitive Religion"
Isabel: talking about the gods.. and who knows what else
Mathew: ok
Isabel: so I am very worried since my deadline is at 7 am, and I have been trying for a while to fix the problem hehe

Mathew: Just put the concerns here on the chat in continuous writing please
Isabel : As in what I want my paper to have as oposed to what was wrtten on it?
Mathew: For God's sake put the concerns on the live chat without wasting any more time
Isabel: Alright. The paper is on Body decorations. Even the title of the paper is Body decorations: Primitive body Vs western body, vs modern body. I asked If i could get a paper based on Body decorations of the three time periods. the differences and similarities, and compare and contrast them. I asked to use body decoration such as : Tattoos, Piercings, Scaring, Makeup, fashion, jewlery. The paper is 4 pages long, with 3 resources, and some citations- NOT to start with a citation-.. I do not want a paper on Primitive religion, or the gods,, or whatever it was that was written, though it was beautiful, it had nothing to do with the topic

Mathew: Your revision request is postedw
Mathew: Thansk
Mathew: Bye
Mathew: Sorry for the typos
Isabel: when will I get it back?
Isabel: its okay
Isabel: i have typos too
Mathew: The revision is posted
Isabel: Yes, but when will I get the paper changed and returned to me?
Mathew: By later today or tomorrow
Isabel: my deadline is 7 am... i need it before that as i paid for
Mathew: We'll try to expedite the process
Mathew: Thanks
Mathew: Bye bye
Isabel: okay,, if you dont make it, i want my money back then
Mathew: Hello hello
Isabel: hello
Mathew: This is not the right attitude
Mathew: Iam trying to help
Isabel : but look how your responding to me!
Mathew: Don't threat me with this refund thing
Mathew: I am not the writer
Mathew: I do
Isabel : I am not! I am genuinley concern about the paper, which i paid for. I know you are not the writer. Did I said so?

Mathew: I have already posted the revision
Isabel : but , you tell me, what good is a paper i paid to recieve at 12 pm,, recieved instead at 6 pm have been trying by then to change it,, and i dont get by 7 am? If i miss my deadline the paper will be useless and its not my fault either...

Mathew: I understand

Second conversation:
Daniel Smith: Hello. How may I assist you?
isabel: Good morning daniel :)
isabel: I was wondering if I could get my money back! My paper missed its deadline and I was given a paper that had nothing to do whith what I requested.

Daniel Smith: We dont have a refund policy
isabel: Hmm? your website says 100% money refund on the front
Daniel Smith: It says 100% guarantee
Daniel Smith: We can revise the paper if its not according to your needs
Daniel Smith: As many times as you want
Daniel Smith: Or i can go a partial refund
Daniel Smith: But we dont have a full refund policy
isabel : Then why does your website say that you guys do
isabel : Money Back Guarantee We offer 100% Money Back if your order specifications are not met
isabel : as taken by your website under your guarantee
Daniel Smith: Yes
Daniel Smith: We have a revision policy as well
isabel : and my order specifications where not met at all. My deadline was 7 am, I recieved a paper on religion, something that has nothing to do with what I requested

isabel: I where suppose to recieve it at 12, instead got it by 6pm, have been trying to change it by then. It is now almost 10 am, 3 hours pass my deadline, that paper has no use to me at all.

Daniel Smith: We can do a partial refund
isabel : but why partial refund? I did not get the service I paid for. I paid 107 dolars for a paper on body decoration ; tattoos and such, and instead got a paper on "Primitive Religion". I asked for a change, which was the companies fault for making the mistake, not mine.

isabel: the website lies then? that if your deadline is not met,, and if the specifications are not met,, then it is not 100% money back.. That is actually going agaisnt what you promisse your customers

isabel : hello?
isabel: i want my money back
isabel: Are you going to ingnore me now?
isabel: Ignore*
isabel: heeeelllooooooooooooo
isabel : ....

I hope this helps you to make the right decision and not to go through with this website! I also have the paper they sent me that had nothing to do with what was requested. Once more, if you know a way where I can get back my money, please do tell me!

Folks; beware this company is a complete scam. They do not know anything about writing; they plagiarized, no paragraphing, NO formatting. They cannot differenciate between essay , journals and articles. They will mess up your paper and your project. They wrote a paper for me because I didn't have time, and my professor gave me an F. If I wrote that paper myself i would have gotten a lower B at least...I should have known better.

I called them on two phone's, and I was put on hold by one guy named Martin Lawrence and then was spoken to by Martin Luther. He spoke to me back and forth and then lied when I confronted him about it. He also told me he was from my area, without knowing where that is, yet he spoke with a thick Indian accent.... When I asked about "the Big Dig" he told me that it was a saying, like "what-sup." lie lie lie

Anyways, they actually retuned my money.

Academic Writing Help (AWH) is a complete scam. I ordered a 5 page paper. I specified that it had to be in the form of a Rogerian argument; state both sides, point out valid arguments on both sides, find whatever common ground they have, suggest a solution that gives both sides something. I specified MLA format references. I specified I needed actual copies of the referenced material.

For example if pages 54 - 56 of some particular article was referenced I needed actual copies of those pages. I also specified that the references had to be scholarly references, and they had to be things that I would have direct access to over the internet, I even mentioned things like Google Scholar and Academic Search Premier and that they should specifically use scholarly articles for the references. I intentionally talked on the phone in addition to doing the written instructions to make sure they understood what I needed. I was assured that they understood and would comply with my requirements. I also specified on the phone that if anyone needed to contact me they should not use the home phone I registered because they would get a fax, that they should use my cell phone. This was Monday night, the paper was due at 10AM Wednesday. I was told "no problem" on the deadline, and paid over $140. I checked Tuesday afternoon only to find the paper was "on hold" pending information from me. I called them and found the rep had NOT annotated the cell phone number, they had called the home phone, and of course not gotten me. I also found that, by this time, it could not be done on time unless I paid a further fee, an "urgency fee". I paid.

Early Wednesday morning, I got the paper. The writer was obviously not a native English speaker. The grammar was horrible, things that were wrong but could easily be fixed, like "Genetically modified foods have long been a controversial topic to say." and things that could not be rewritten because I could not even figure out what he was trying to say, like "there are points in favor of genetically modified foods, but many more who speak in the moment." The paper was FULL of these things. The references were not in the specified MLA format. he paper was NOT an even-handed Rogerian argument, but a simple discussion of the dangers of genetically modified food ended with a conclusion that it was too dangerous. There were no copies of reference material, and most of the references were things that I could not even access. With the few that I could access, all I could get were abstracts with an opportunity to pay from $30 to $50 for a copy of the actual article. I called them and was told to submit a revision request. Again I was specifically told that they understood all the problems and would fix them except that they could not provide copies of the references but would provide me with links to them. I was also told that because I now needed it within 7 hours, I had to pay another "urgency fee", which I did. I got the revision this morning. It was much better written than the first one, but still had some grammar errors. No problem, I could fix them. But the references were still not in MLA format, which would require a lot of time to fix. Although they did this time address both sides of the argument, there was no finding of common ground and no compromise solution.

There were no links to the reference materials, and, again, the references were things that I could not myself get access to. I paid an initial fee. I paid two "urgency fees" because of their errors. I got a paper which I cannot even turn in. The instructor absolutely does not accept ANY late work, and this assignment is such a large part of the grade that there is no way, mathematically, that I can pass the course with a score of zero on this paper. I called again. The only thing they are willing to offer is another "revision". I cannot believe they would get it right the third time and even if they did it would be too late. They will not honor their advertised money back guarantee. They do not even provide the plagarism report which they promise and which they claim is the most wonderful thing about their 'service'.

How helpful.

Normall this would be where I'd tell you to start a chargeback, but given that you paid two additional "urgency fees" that's going to be pretty difficult. While there's not much help for you, this serves as an excellent warning to other customers: as soon as things start going south, start re-evaluating. Never pay extra to have the work completed the way you ordered it the first time.

I actually got a big surprise at the end. They totally screwed the thing up, the first version was in about 7th grade (if that advanced) English. It was obvious to me that the writer was NOT a native English speaker, although I was pretty sure he was a fairly well educated fellow. I had to pay their "urgency fee" for a revision because their screw up with my phone number resulted in my not finding out that they needed some info from me until it was less than 24 hours from the deadline. Then, when I saw how bad that was, I had no choice but to go with a "revision", again with another "urgency fee" because it was barely 12 hours from deadline. The revision was actually in decent English for the most part, I could actually understand what he was trying to say in every case, and I could have rewritten the whole thing in half an hour or less. But the main problem, the references, was still there. I had carefully specified, in the written instructions and on the phone, that I absolutely had to have actual copies of anything that was referenced. If page 127 of a publication was referenced, I needed a copy of page 127. The representative I talked to when I'd ordered it promised me they would provide them. They did not.

The rep I talked to for the revision promised they'd provide me with links to them so I could access and print them myself. They did not. At that point, I had about 2 hours until I had to turn the thing in, and, for this particular assignment, the copies of the referenced materials were crucial. Without them, the paper wouldn't even be graded. I had also specified that the references had to be in MLA format, which they were not. Fixing that problem would have taken longer than the rewriting itself would have. So it was by then a lost cause. Just out of curiosity, I asked for another revision. Since I was already obviously screwed, there wasn't any urgency on another revision, so I didn't have to pay any more fees. I was careful to explain that I'd been promised copies of the references, then promised links to them, and had gotten neither, and that I absolutely had to have at least the links., I also emphasized, again, that they had t be in MLA format. When I got the new revision, there were no links to the referenced materials. Nor were the references in MLA format. What's truly ironic is that the ONLY reason I hired these guys was that I just couldn't do the research part myself (long story, and not really relevant here). I have no need whatsoever for someone to do my writing for me. If they'd only given me access to the references, I could have easily rewritten the thing myself, even the first version where I couldn't even make any sense out of about one of every 5 or 6 sentences. Three times in a row they completely ignored my instructions, even though I'd been careful to make sure they understood what I needed and they had promised compliance.

Now here's the surprise I got. The original fee and the first urgency fee were done through Paypal. I called them and tried to do a dispute. The original cost transaction was still not completed, but the first urgency fee was. I remembered that for the original fee, I'd used my Paypal debit card like a credit card, and that for the urgency fee they'd given me a link directly to Paypal so it went directly through online. Pay pal said I was out of luck on the fee because it was for a "service" (getting the thing done quicker than their stated norm), but I could dispute the base fee once the transaction was completed. My second urgency fe was done using a credit card, so I figured the bank probably had a similar policy about a "service" and AWH could always argue it was for the service of doing the revision quickly, not for the paper itself, and they did do it in the time frame I paid extra for. So I was out both urgency fees. Since I had to wait for the original fee for the paper to complete through Paypal before I could do anything through them, I decided to go ahead and call AWH and give them Hell. And I got a big surprise. They agreed to a refund. And the original fee was credited back to my Paypal account the next day. I'm still out two urgency fees, but at least I got the basic fee back. And I'll probably have to take the course again. There are 3 writing assignments, each worth 75 points, and daily assignments that are worth from 5 to 20 points, probably about 80 points together. I lost about 25 points on the latter, because I wasn't even registered for the course the day it started, missed that day's assignment, then didn't do the next one because it turned out I had the wrong editing of the text and couldn't find what I had to in the one I had.

Now I've lost the whole 75 points for the 2nd writing assignment. Plus I lost 10 of the 75 on the 1st writing assignment because of a formatting problem (bottom margins weren't quite a full inch, and some other stupid thing that I don't exactly recall - I think that maybe I used Calibri instead of Times New Roman). I'm not at all certain that it's even mathematically possible now for me to get a C even if everything from now on is perfect. What's really ludicrous about this whole thing is that it's a writing class that I have asbsolutely no practical need for but which is mandatory for ANY degree, the assumption being that no student has what I had thought were about 9th grade writing skills. Which they in fact were about 35 years ago, but apparently not today. A course I have to take simply because everything I've done before is too old and the system assumes that in Math and English nobody knows anything of what they did more than 2 years in the past. And now I may well flunk a writing course, in which I've gotten max scores for my actual writing in both the small daily assignments and on the first actual paper; the ONLY points I've ever lost have been for formatting issues. Thank you, AWH, for maybe helping me flunk a course that doesn't teach even a single thing that I don't already know.

I certainly have sympathy for you due to the poor service you received from the writing company. I have less sympathy regarding the actual course requirements. Unfortunately, we all have to "jump through hoops" sometimes to get where we want to go. I used to complain all the time about the level of coursework for my degree, and then I visited the online support forums and met the overachievers who were regular posters. One of those overachievers was a mother of three children under 5 who worked full time. I have no children and work part time, and yet I felt overwhelmed. I think we each have our own comfort zones and take steps to stay within the area where we achieve the most. I don't think there's any shame in having a small comfort zone-I certainly do-but I also think it's important to be accountable for it. You know, know your limitations and develop strategies. Figure out how you can succeed within the system rather than expecting the system to change to suit your preferences. I'd really hesitate to blame a writing company for your failure, when you didn't properly prepare and set aside enough time to make sure you had all the right materials. Don't get me wrong, I've been in your situation countless times. Wrong book, no book, missed class, wrong time, etc. One time I slunk into class late in the middle of an in-class exam, with the exam question on the board, and ended up scribbling a bunch of BS, in pencil, on ripped out pages of yellow mini legal pad, on the WRONG WAR. Wrong century even. I just can't see lack of preparation as being anything but my responsibility.

I would be interested in finding out why doing research wasn't a possibility for you. I have the opposite problem. I can amass loads of research; I hate doing the writing part.

I have never come across a writing company as bad as this academicwritinghelp.com I mean, they average 1 star in terms of overall service and competence. The previous client of theirs that I spoke to said that the only reason 1 star was given was because I did not offer an option for 0 stars. The company has the worst client services on record. They don't even bother to hide the fact that they are not ENL speakers with their thick accents and improper conversational English skills. Which led me to the next question. Knowing all of this, why would a student still knowingly hire the service? Shouldn't the student be as much to blame as the company and its writers in this case?

The website has gone down since the last time somebody checked on it. The anchor page only states "Coming Soon" now. It implies that the site is undergoing some sort of renovation in terms of presentation or services. The problem, is that they have been in coming soon mode for more than a year now. So either they are coming back or, they have given up due to all the negative publicity they have received in the past. Currently, it does not look like the company will be coming back. I do not believe they will be "coming" back anytime "soon". I have a hunch they are trying to sell the business at this point. It is the only explanation I can think of for the place holder on the site.
