I phoned their number as well and they didn't sound American? its also weird there is only one testimonial. Any advice will be helpful, please recommend me a good site if that is a scam.

WritersBeware- Thank you so much! for the reply, you saved my money. I am definetly not going on that site again or any others for that matter. Im just going to work hard and do the assignment myself. No wonder I thought the ladi'es voice was foreign, she was speaking in an accent and I thought she must be polish or something lol. And everytime I went on the 24 hour helpline it was the same lady helping me called "Kate". And when you phone them it doesn't seem like a busy department but like you are phoning to their house.

These guys are obviously scammers and belong to the law enforcement agencies. You, on the other hand, need to get your head hit gently with a blunt object because I cannot understand how you presented a paper that could get you such a grade. These are the kind of papers that you should be able to spot from a mile away. I bet you probably didn't even know what was required of you in the paper, right?

If you have definite evidence that it's plagiarized and they won't respond to your contact attempts, contact your payment processor (credit card company, bank, whatever) and start a chargeback.

Does it matter? It's not like this is the only order where you've had this problem...it's how you run your company.

It matters for the customer who is eligible for a full refund in this situation.

So you've actually started refunding customers? How about hiring more than two or three writers with basic qualifying skills, like, for instance, being able to write coherent sentences in English?

Pheelyks, stop talking about things you have no idea about. We are refunding the cusomers since we started working. What makes you think you can estimate an average skill of our writers? Your arrogance is beyond any expression.

Not Advanced ReadingStop being a lying ftard. I do know what I'm talking about, because as a writer I got to read messages from a lot of pissed off customers when they got plagiarized orders from other writers and you would ask me to perform "rewrites" instead of giving them back their money.

What makes you think you can estimate an average skill of our writers?

1) I got to read many orders written by other writers
2) The gradelancer forum is an excellent indicator of your writers' skills--even when they're discussing "writing tips" their usage, grammar, and syntax is very obviously ESL

3) Your own admin can barely speak English, meaning it's impossible for your company to accurately vet someone's English proficiency. Inferentially, your writers will have a skill level near that of your admins, at best.

Your arrogance is beyond any expression.

You audacity is mundane and relatively mild. You don't seem capable of achieving real heights of success either in crookery or in attempts at legitimizing your business. How very sad...

This is one of the worst writing services out there. First they take your money and then give you the wrong kind of paper or a plagiarized paper. And when you tell them it is wrong, they tell you to cancel it and they will refund your money. The problem is, when you cancel you get nothing. Beware of this company.....Very bad...F-

Yes I had the same problem with these people, Stay Away!!

RandyM, would you share your order number please? It is only possible that you do not get a full refund if you said you are fully satisfied with the paper, instead of clicking on "Cancel the order and ask for a refund"

If you cancelled the order and asked for a refund - you would have your money back in 6-7 days.

I have used advancedwriters.com for 3 years and have been nothing but satisfied. I don't know why you all are calling them a scam. Yes they are located somewhere else in the world but they have all types of writers. Still the papers are not perfect, you have to allow time for edits. For the most part, I receive A's on the papers I turn in. Just thought some might like to have some true information on this site. I have always used the ebay payment method way (cant remember the name), I have never paid using a credit card because like you, I am weary about scams regardless of who I do business with, if your online, I use the safest way to make payment.

How much are they paying you.

I was thinking the same thing. Based on the reviews posted here, it appears that the company felt the need to send someone in to defend their "quality" of work. Not that it worked though. All it takes are up to 3 negative reviews, posted publicly, for the company to tank in the eyes of the potential client. They are not inclined to work with a company that has consistently bad reviews, specially when these are all based on claims of plagiarism.

The company claims that the students can personally claim / refund their money if they are dissatisfied with the service provided. The bold claim is highlighted in their front page. Here is the catch though, they never explained how the student will be able to do this. What is the criteria for an auto refund? How does the auto refund system work? Why should the student trust that the company will not give them a hard time should the need to do a chargeback happen? There are so many unknown factors when it comes to the chargeback claim that it appears they are not honest about what they are saying. When one says something, but does not back it up with the actual process, it is safe to assume that the company is lying to the potential client.

No legitimate essay company or writer ever promises an unconditional refund based on whether or not the customer is "satisfied" and nobody should ever trust any essay service that makes such a ridiculous promise. Legitimate companies and writers stand behind their work and will always provide free revisions to correct their own mistakes, but only objective mistakes, such as failing to follow something clearly required by the original specifications and instructions.

You are right. A seasoned academic writer costs a pretty penny because of the quality of his work. He knows that the student will not request for a refund. Any writer or company that offers any sort of money back guarantee already delivers the message that their writers are not good enough. So they are going to give you a chance to get your money back. I have heard though that the companies that offer refunds do not always honor the promises they make regarding that on their websites. They will find ways and means to keep the money that was paid to them and the student will be left holding the bag.
