Has anybody heard of imperial essays or university work? They are both U.K.based companies..both claim to be registered and reliable

Has anyone used any of the two?

I have, turns out there sister companys run from the same place.

Theres a massive debate going on here about this, this Americans being racist to a woman who works there because she has an Indian accent, my mate did a dissertation from there, he needed some changes when it was given but they did the changes for free and sent it back.

Im placed my order a month ago, got it back, no problems. Bish bash bosh job done. I aasked loads of questions though because of the other debate going on in this forum. But they proved everything I asked about, they were used to it because of all the scams about.

Weird. In this thread you say you ordered a month ago and already got your work back, and in another thread you claim to have just placed your order and will give us a "report" on your results.

Could it possibly be that you're a lying sack of s-i* that actually does exactly what you accuse others of doing, i.e. getting paid to promote your company? Nah, that would be way too far-fetched. Universitywork: f off. You don't get to address your less-than-honest site because YOU chose to place it in the DND list. You obviously have a lot of things to hide.

Well, I am one of their recent victims! Me and my friend asked the company 'imperial research' (since it was recommended by Maria Thompson herself when I contacted university work) to do three of our essays and reports. We were collectively charged over £600 and what we got in return is 1 plagiarised paper and 2 papers not written as we asked for, rather their quality is worst then what I could have written myself. I and my friend sent couple of emails to imperial research and never got a reply from a person named Kate whom we initially communicated with. When I called on their landline number, I was asked to call at their mobile number by a voice message. When I called the mobile number, another voice message greeted me.

I am badly stuck with my work and this company is a nightmare! The worst thing is that my friend who trusted my word of mouth is in a similar situation rather worst because she borrowed money from someone!

Maria thompson is lair! rather a b**ch! (sorry to use these words, but you have no idea what £350 means to me and how i earned them!) and kate is nothing but a totally lost case who knows nothing about UK culture and professional ethics!

These people are not even in the UK! I can bet over it!....

If had a grievance she would have started her own treat instead of creating an

Lastly Ms Amanda instead of trusting a forum full of people you cannot meet in

are based in Cambridge and are more than happy to entertain anyone who has any

OK, seriously, you need to take a few minutes to learn about basic financial practices before you ever go shopping again. Really.

On the back of your credit card, there's an 800 number (assuming its a US card--I don't know about cards in other countries, but I assume they have toll free customer service numbers of some sort). Call it. Explain that you need to start a chargeback proceeding--a merchant has defrauded you, and has not provided the product you paid for. They'll walk you through the rest.


A lot of people keep making this claim, yet no one has ever been able to provide a shred of evidence. Meanwhile, if you opt to go on the DND list, maybe you should ND, n'est-ce pas?

I dont know who on behalf of university work is answering to this blog, but its a lie that Maria Thompson didn't refer me to imperial research / essays. And off course, UW will never admit openly that they did! because of the fraud their sister concern company is involved in.

Secondly I can't visit Cambridge because I don't live in the UK. There is a thing called 'corporate ethics' that we all follow across the globe! Yes there are some people like the UW and IR who who are fraud and running after quick money.

And yes I created my ID on this block only yesterday because I have been victimised recently. I don't believe in evil and unethical things, hence I don't need to stay on these blogs and accuse genuine businesses.

Pheelyks- thanks for explaining me that..yes I didn't know of such frauds and how to deal if they happen...but lessons learned! which is why I just want to inform as many people as I can through the platform of this blog to stay away from both companies and similar other companies too...(as I have read that how people from different backgrounds and culture are so dishonest!)

UW- how do you want me to provide evidence of being a victim? Publish my plagiarised report? Publish my requests against the crap you delivered?

I have already processed the chargeback request! How much ignorant your management can be towards its own financial accounts!

And lastly, I never knew that this blog is run by any academic company! I believe you should concentrate on quality of work you deliver and work ethics that you practice rather than blaming your competitors for creating bad names for you!

Guys the same thing happend to me i want to take legal action towards imperial essay ive been trying to get a refund of £220 for the past 9 MONTHS! IMPERIAL ESSAYS is a fraudster website and im ready to sue them for it because they don't comply with their policies and there refusing to refund me of my money after i provided full proof and they accepted it apparently " they'll be able to use that amount for future services" LIKE say i WOULD ever EVER again use their CRAPPY **** Services. they duck and dodge because they deal with their victims individually.
they generally ignore your calls and emails or give responses totally devoid of logic designed to frustrate you.
this is their modus operandi.
they are totally unethical.

Firstly can i start by saying that imperial essays are BUNCH OF DICK SUCKING ASIANS! WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE STUDENTS!!

Basically the Same drama that everyone is going through on this page happened to me and before i knew it i was short of £300 and had plagiarized work in my hands from a company who refused to refund me my money back and kept avoiding calls and messages after a while. I was sooo frustrated and felt deceived that these bastards basically stole my money from me and tried to get away with it so i did some thorough research because there was NO WAY i was gonna let them get away with it.

I got in contact with solicitors agency and explained my story to try get advise on the best way to handle these fraudsters and i was told that because of the major expenses of court funding and solicitors expenses it wasn't worth doing it through solicitors and that my best bet was to take them to court online through HM COURTS AND TRIBUNALS Service a money claim website (ttps://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome.) which is basically a website that handles money claims for small amounts. Its Completely trustworthy as its Government Run and legitimate court claims

Now the problem with this is you need the opposing company details including their address and full company name and because Imperial essays don't expose that on the website i did major research so if you want to claim money back (which you deffo should) you'll need these details

They also require you to write a statement for the claim, which requires you to state the reason why your claiming the amount
You will be required to pay Court fee of a certain amount depending on how much you want to claim back it states it when that bit comes up on the application.

I hope this helps you all as it helped me and the ******* ended up refunding my money because they knew their assess would get caught out.

You need to make you sure chase up your claim though because your responsible to do so. At first Imperial essays ignored my request so i had to put my claim through judgement and then they (imperial essays) sent me an email straight away asking me for my bank details to make the transfer.

If they ever try to threaten you about anything because they will try to do so. Remember they are the fraudsters and You have nothing to fear.

There company has breached soo many laws, if by any chance they refuse to refund and they send you such messages I suggest you sue them because there guaranteed to go down and your guaranteed for compensation but of course consult in Solicitors first

You should have done some preliminary research though.

You keep saying that but this is about students who have long past the scale of Should have's or could have's and have hit a rock bottom. So come up with Solutions if not don't comment.

That's what I said in the previous post. Do some research "on a company" BEFORE ordering a paper. You (or any other student reading this) should keep this maxim in view the next time. I hope this is an effective solution.

Got any registration papers and an official picture of your office to prove these claims? The problem with these companies is that they know they can say anything on the internet and get away with it (most of the time) because it is just too difficult to disprove their claims. They rely on the laziness of students when it comes to verifying information to help them get away with their lies. It is important that students never take anything at face value with these companies. I once traced a company into the middle of a swamp in Florida. Well at least the swamp was in Florida, where the company claimed to be.

Based on the current searches that I did for both companies, the only returns I got were for non-related institutions that happened to use the same keywords as the url name. Having used several browsers to make sure that I do not make a mistake with my claim, I found that neither Chrome nor Firefox could find the said websites. Therefore I believe that both companies have scrubbed their internet presence prior to either completely leaving the industy or changing their company name. Since both sites claim to be working out of the UK, where their services are now illegal, it would be important for them to remove any online evidence of their writing company. I do not doubt that these were questionable companies before, which led to their company demise later on.
