Hi, has anyone ordered an essay from a guy named Andrew Kaiser?
WritersBeware
Are you kidding? Why would you EVER order from some unaccountable, private party?
I did not order. I'm asking for someone who has been in contact with him. If you can't help don't reply. I know where to order or not, I just need someone to tell me if he's a scam or not to make sure. I have common sense.
WritersBeware
If you can't help don't reply.
I
did help by pointing out that is is asinine to order from an absolutely unaccountable entity. Do you have any idea how many people have been ripped off by doing so? I think that I have just a tad bit more knowledge on the subject than do you.
If you don't like realistic answers, don't ask questions.
has anyone ordered an essay from a guy named Andrew Kaiser?
Who is he? We have never heard of him.
than do you?---> wrong sentence construction here
then simply answer if you know him or not, and how do you gauge the fact that you are more knowledgeable? it's a different context from one case to another and I think I know enough not to do anything yet right?
don't be such an arse, I am asking because I have to do something, you don't know just why I'm asking so just answer it simply.
he's an essay company owner, I'm doing a background check on him. It seems that some people here know who are the owners of different writing companies.
WritersBeware
than do you?---> wrong sentence construction here
LMAO! Any truly
professional writer will tell you that you are dead wrong. Please don't embarrass yourself.
he's an essay company owner, I'm doing a background check on him. It seems that some people here know who are the owners of different writing companies.
If that's the case, why are you playing games? Name the site/company!
WB, you anti-social narcissist, leave the newbie alone. you don't know the answer to their question in the first place. ffs, simmer down.
WritersBeware
you don't know the answer to their question in the first place.
Would you like to put some money on that, Rusty? You "know" that I won't have the facts about the site/company if he/she names it, hah?
What you obviously do
not know-or understand/recognize-is that fraudsters constantly change their fake names.
If this "newbie" claims to know the site/company with which "Andrew Kaiser" is associated, why beat around the bush? If one is asking for help, the least one can do is make helpers' task easier.
The company is Kaiwrite. I was writing for this Andrew Kaiser, and I'm in the same spot as pvita. He was so on the level about everything, I never got a "red flag" feeling, and he even gave me payment options. I haven't heard back from him in almost 2 days.
WritersBeware
If you are referring to Kaiwrite.com, the owner made the registration information private on May 2, 2010 after having allowed the information to be public since December of 2007. Do you think that's a coincidence?
How/where did you come upon the name, "Andrew Kaiser"?
Why would you EVER order from some unaccountable, private party?
Does that mean you advise against getting essays from kasamba.com and hiring an expert? Since it's going directly? Let me know
WritersBeware
"Hi, I'm looking for a few good writers. My company provides academic papers to various types of people. We only have 3 job openings, so please only reply if you truly believe you can do the job. We are looking for the best, and I'm tired of weeding through to get to the best, so I'm just going to ask that only experienced writers apply. The job isnot easy, but it can be easy. It requires lots of research, and we are paying as much as our budget will allow. Right now we are offering writers
$50 per page [HERE'S YOUR RED FLAG], for the papers, and bonuses for research and so forth will be added as needed. We would also like writers who are use to the crunch deadline, and who can deliver fast, sort of like a fast food restaurant. However, most assignments will have ample timeframe. Please don't ask for payment upfront, we do not do that! If the job isn't right to you, then move on. I need serious writers immediatly, so please reply with your resume, and a writing sample of any type. We are only looking for top quality, and paying top dollar."
Does that mean you advise against getting essays from kasamba.com and hiring an expert?
Unless the private party has a LONG track record at kasamba-and, therefore, something to lose if you complain-you shouldn't even
consider a private party. There are simply too many charlatans looking to make a quick score, change their names, and move on to the next "mark(s)." Established companies, on the other hand, have a vested interest in protecting and maintaining their reputation by making the customer happy.
Thanks :)
But don't you pay after you have recieved the essay? So if it is shoddy then you don't simply pay?
WritersBeware
But don't you pay after you have recieved the essay?
Yes, but the paper could still be 100% plagiarized. Plus, any seasoned fraudster will know how to mask the text so that even a 100% plagiarized paper won't be detected by Turnitin or any other plagiarism detector. (I know how to do it, but will never post that information publicly because it is both immoral and illegal.)
damn...
Is there anything I can do to report this or am I just screwed?
WritersBeware
You should wait at least a week before taking that step.
it could have been anything. I worked for a place that had a very high, standard per page rate-- for a few months, before it went under. it is difficult for a company paying out that much to stay in business-- but it does happen.
Plus, any seasoned fraudster will know how to mask the text so that even a 100% plagiarized paper won't be detected by Turnitin or any other plagiarism detector. (I know how to do it
WritersBeware
FU, Rusty, you worthless piece of s-i*. Thank you for proving that you just like to start trouble, regardless of how much I try to help people.
Yes, I know how to do it as a byproduct of my investigations in helping to identify and TAKE DOWN a huge plagiarism ring, moron. I bet you'd just love for me to tell you how to do it, RustyCrook. Sorry, but I won't tell you, no matter how nicely you ask.
;)
lol the fighting here just gets too funny at times
tukesmith please inform me on what you will to solve this issue?
WB: i just wanted to get some help, i don't want to fight, I have no idea how I should report this or what to do. Please advise since as you said you are an expert in this area.
I need help on this issue because I badly needed the money but turns out I think it's a scam.
regardless of how much I try to help people.
the white knight!
WB this poster is looking for someone with real experience or contact info to help them-- you seem to think they are looking to be given a bunch of hot air by a rude boor.
WritersBeware
WB this poster is looking for someone with real experience or contact info to help them
Wrong. THIS is what the person really wants:
I just need someone to tell me if he's a scam or not to make sure.
the white knight!
Stop being so jealous because you don't have ANY of the information that I post on a regular basis. Tell us-why, exactly, have you posted in this thread, other than to start trouble?
Did you claim that I would not be able to provide any information on Kaiser? Yep. (You were wrong, as usual.)
Did you post extremely valid and detailed warnings about giving money to unaccountable, private parties? Nope. I did.
Did you somehow locate and post Kaiser's ad? Nope. I did.
Did you highlight the red flag in Kaiser's ad? Nope. I did.
Do you have-and did you provide-any of my obscure information on plagiarism masking? Nope.
Shut up.
"somehow?" seriously?! you learned how to use google; do you want some sort of prize?
if you don't think I posted anything helpful (did you even read it?), that's fine. maybe it wasn't. but at least it was based on experience-- not some delusional, dimwitted hunch based on ad copy.
"somehow--" lol. oh... tell us your tricks, great wizard!
WritersBeware
somehow?" seriously?! you learned how to use google; do you want some sort of prize?
Really, smartass? Tell me exactly how I located the ad. (You can't use any of the words in the articles itself, cheater).
Funny-you didn't comment on any of the other points:
One more:"If you are referring to Kaiwrite.com, the owner made the registration information private on May 2, 2010 after having allowed the information to be public since December of 2007. Do you think that's a coincidence?"
WB: I would want your help. If you can please help me. Thank you
As for the fighting I hope it stops now, rustyironchains if you can just help out. I'm not getting anything from the continuous banter.
there are people who post based on experience, and those who post based on red flags, flags which say, "I've never been paid this much... and that rules out everyone else, too." I'm still going to call BS on this, as loudly and whenever I please.
WritersBeware
"I've never been paid this much
LMAO! I could buy you 50 times over, pal. You know absolutely nothing about my professional background and payment rates.
I'm still going to call BS on this
Step up to the plate and clearly state exactly what it is that is "BS." Coward.
there are people who post based on experience
Do you still want to claim that I am an "outsider" who doesn't post based on experience? Short memory, hah?
OK, WB, you showed me . . . I will think twice before I call you an "industry outsider" again.
rustyironchains if you can just help out.
RustyWriter is a know-nothing blowhard who couldn't help you if he tried. He signed-up in this forum just to attack me, and he has done virtually only that ever since. Look at his posting history.
WB: I would want your help. If you can please help me. Thank you
What is it, exactly, that you want that I have not already provided? I already suggested that you wait at least a week before taking action. If you haven't resolved the problem by June 4, we can address your next steps.
ok thank you

Yes. There was this very interesting 20/20 report on how to beat turnitin. The fraudsters always find a way ...
Wb: Hi I was wondering what to do next? you said give it a week, it's more than a week now, can you advise on what to do next about that client? thanks
Are you kidding? Why would you EVER order from some unaccountable, private party?
WritersBeware, I know this is somewhat unrelated to the Andrew Kaiser question, but if I may I'd like to stray from the main topic for a moment and ask a question. What in your opinion should such a private party - if he/she happens to actually be honest in his/her business practices - do to let people know their not just some unaccountable private party that might not screw them over but just might. Should they register as a business, at least as a sole proprietorship? Would this prevent that shadiness associated with being a private party? Let's be clear: I'm not asking how a fraudulent private party can make themselves appear legitimate, I'm asking how an honest private party can go forward in the business and make it more clear that they are legitimate.
seems like writersbeware is a cool guy who always thinking about how to hijack some ones question ending totally in a meaningless conclusion. lol
if you want to increase post count just create a forum for yourself and do it there.
WritersBeware
Chrishar, you're an absolute idiot.
Somewriter, see what I mean? Chrishar is a perfect example of the type of ESL dolt who signs-up just to hurl insults because he/she can't handle the truth about his/her own, painful lack of writing skills.
As for your question, the best option is to incorporate and avoid using your personal name altogether. From Day 1, use the corporate name for all advertising, domain name registrations, and purchases.
Get a cash-back business card (Chase is my favorite) and put all business-related purchases on it. This puts money back in your pocket and makes end-of-year/tax accounting much easier. Just make sure to NEVER put personal purchases on your business card. The IRS does not like personal/business intermingling one bit.
As for the actual incorporation process, do not opt for a sole proprietorship, as it offers absolutely no asset protection. I recommend using the "Complete" S-Corporation package or the "Complete" LLC package from bizfilings.com. Since you are a US citizen who is physically located in the United States and you have no reason/desire to misrepresent those details to prospective customers, there is nothing dishonest or misleading about you using an online incorporation service.

More discussion about S-Corporation tax changes for research and writing companies.
Ha ha ha WritersBeware when on earth i told that im too good in English? Man just consider me a total noob in english i dont mind at all.
I never said that i write good too.
Any rules there in this forum that says ESL should not signup ?
So atlast you find out what type of posts hurts other members ? lol
this is very funny to see you becoming mad each time and starting attacking others even before knowing the truth.
anyway long live your hilarious service :)
Thanks for the reply. A friend also mentioned the idea of an s-corp and have been considering it, so I'm glad to see the same recommendation come from another source.
As for your question, the best option is to incorporate and avoid using your personal name altogether. From Day 1, use the corporate name for all advertising, domain name registrations, and purchases.
Oh, and this is good news because I don't want my name involved. I want to work in academia for years and don't need future employers thinking I support college students having someone else do their work. I guess I'm just taking an "ends justify the means" view on it all right now.
The name is so generic, the person could be working in any profession. When one comes across a person using an unverifiable name, it would be better to not enter into any dealings with that person. Direct work solicitation is always a dangerous deal to enter into. In this case, the name could be a ffront for an Asian, Russian, Nigerian, South African, or some other con artist. You peace of mind, just don't deal with such characters.
I tried doing a search for kaiwrite as an essaywriting company and did not turn up anything. So I guess it is safe to assume that this character is no longer a player in the independent writing game. From what I have read in this thread, he seems to have used the field for data mining and nothing more. He may not have been able to go further with his dark plans for the data he collected due to his sudden disappearance from the web. It is quite possible that he actually ran out of money for his scam before he could actually mount it. The students who hired him and paid him were out of luck. Well, a few victims is worth saving the whole lot of students who may have been adversely affected by directly dealing with him. Everyone else, consider yourselves lucky, he was not an above board player to begin with.
