It prohibits the hiring of academic writing companies or the setting up of such companies in Australia and carries stiff penalties for violators. Why they simply did not take down the website is a mystery. They left their Australian address on the site and retained the obvious essay writing company name. They claim to not be in the business but everything they are doing proves otherwise.
