and I have done a pretty much research about this website,
but it seems they only help with writing essay ?
I have asked them if they can help with this and their answer is yes,
But I still need more information and experiences from other peoples who have tried it before...
So can anyone share their experiences please ?

They won't help you cheat (ie. they won't login as you to try to take test or complete an assignment - that is illegal). They can probably provide model answers if you give them your assignment instructions (and won't try to submit them as your own for an academic credit). You can use search for more information. If you change your mind, try the other services advertising here and report if you encounter problems :
I ordered papers from this company several times and really liked them. The papers were written professionally according to all the academic standards. Moreover, I got them on time! Have nothing bad to say about this service. I have recently ordered essays twice and both of them were of top quality, I will definitely use them the next time when i am assigned some difficult stuff. Yes they do assignments, for UK students too. But please read other threads as well .. they are as good as they claim to be, but you need to be specific with your assignment instructions and level of writer ... In my experience I passed with good marks of my assignment. Some of their writers are excellent, depends on your project and deadline too, anyways it's their responsibility to provide me a good writer that's what I'm paying for....
Your professor probably knows you didn't write it, because you just turned it in without changing anything, dumb, and it doesn't match your classroom duhhh.

If so, your professor knows your mangled classroom English, whether it is "UK style" or not, and, therefore, knows that your writing and speaking voices don't match. It's pretty logical, and the next logical step is...

This is my first post, and I wanted to share my experience with Custompapers.com.
I requested a 5 page research essay with less than 36 hours notice, and chose to pay on the spot. It was not cheap, but I was pretty desperate by then. I sent my request at 12 AM CST and I was only contacted by them around 6 AM CST later (their opening hours, roughly) with info that a writer had been assigned.
Around 1 PM CST, my writer confirmed that they began working on the essay, and by 4 AM CST (6 hours before my deadline), the essay was delivered. The APA formatting was excellent. The flow of the writing was top-notch as well. However, my main complaint was that the paper was not as insightful as I would have liked -- or, who knows, maybe it's beyond me. Given the short notice, I can't really fault them. In any case, they are definitely NOT a scam and I would actually recommend them.

My first ever experience with a writing site (Custompapers.com)
I am sure you guys have herd of "Custompapers.com" as when I got assigned a essay in my class which was due today I found myself in a bit of a load. I researched all i could on online essays & decided on "Custompapers.com". I did not think much could go wrong, I filled out the "free quote" on there website & filled out all the information that was needed. I got a quote for $14x dollars for a 5 page essay with (@ the time needed 4 sources) I emailed them Sunday & paid the fee, keep in mind I made adjustments (thinking my paper was being worked on) I told them I needed 5 sources now 3 from essays/articles & 1 from EACH MOVIE. Now fast forward to today Sunday (9/11)-Thursday (9/15) gave them approximately 4 full days to write the paper which I probably could have done if i had the time do that (research, site discussions ect....) Now back it up to yesterday I emailed "custompapers.com" & politely asked "when they thought my paper would be done at?". They quickly responded with "they deadline is 11:59PM US CENTRAL TIME". Not thinking that they never emailed me with my writers name,email or anything about my writer in the first place soon made things fishy. When it came to 1AM US CENTRAL TIME & I did not have my paper STILL. I emailed them a long email with screen shots included about how I thought that I never received my paper & it was passed 11:59AM (by about 1 hour) & my essay was due today (9/15) in class. After receiving a email from them back apologizing saying that this rarely happens & that my payment "could not be found, so i was NEVER assigned a writer in the first place made me think, that this is not a company that I think I would do business with again. Long story short they responded the morning telling me they were sorry & they hadn't assigned the topic to a writer so my essay never got written. I will say they apologized profusely but that wont make up for the 1. The late turn in that I may lose on my essay because I turned it in Late AND thats not counting the mark offs my professor does on the essay. I skimmed through the essay thinking to myself the writer who wrote my essay whom i will not name did not do what I asked them to do. I PAID $14x for the essay & he wrote the thing in less then 3-4hrs & on top of that It WAS NOT 5 PAGES. The "references" page was the 5th page. The writer did not bother looking up "the original publication date" to some of the sources he listed, I sent them emails with links to essays I wanted included in the essay (as references) & the writer wrote "2016" like it did on the website i sent him. I even sent my writer multiple photos of my book that I took of my intro to include as reference for what ever reason if my writer need to. After looking over my poorly written essay which btw I do not even know if its in ABA as I have yet to compare it to the website that my teacher gave us to reference "ABA" style as i have never done an ABA paper before in my life. Now thats just the beginning of my story, I titled the paper what I thought the paper should have argued (& I guess it is partially MY fault as I did not specify to argue a certain point) how ever they argued the complete opposite.
THAT IS ALL (i guess moral of the story is, you get what you pay for & I thought $14x was plenty for a 5PG paper)
Double check before using "custompapers" as if you DO NOT receive a writer when you pay, you NEED to email the ASAP to tell them to assign you a writer I was emailing them back & forth telling them to "add this, add that" & never ONCE did they mention that "my assigned writers email address, the first name of my writer NOTHING.
I wanted to take a moment to respond to your post. First, our support staff is very attentive to the needs of our customers, but we are all human and do err sometimes. As the support staff explained, we were not aware that payment had been made. When you sent additional information, it was added to the order like it is for any customer who has placed an order but has not yet paid. Further, as explained, a technical issue is what led to us not knowing the payment was received. And, yes, this is a rare occurrence. But, again, we are all human plus, unfortunately, technical issues do occur to all business on occasion.
Second, you ordered and received a 4 page paper (not a 5 page paper), which was discounted for you as a new customer despite the fact that the writer would need to watch 2 videos to help with the paper. When the support staff received your message about not receiving the paper, they were quick to investigate and address the issue and arranged for the paper to be completed quickly for you. Completing 4 pages in 2-3 hours is not a major task for professional academic writers as they are accustomed to handling many pages per day.
On the format, you requested APA format and the paper was completed in APA format. Yes, you did send a lot of information after the fact, which was kindly accepted and added to the order details and instructions.
You originally requested 4 sources but later changed saying, "I am sorry there needs to be 5 sources 3 from the readings & 2 from the movies (1 from each movie)." The writer used 3 of the readings you sent and referenced the 2 movies you listed as well.
The title you requested is the title that was used in the paper.
During the course of working on the project, the writer stayed in constant contact with you.
After you received the model paper, you didn't contact the writer or the support staff to let anyone know of any issues with the paper. Had you contacted us, we would most assuredly handled an issues quickly - just like we did earlier.
You threatened to post bad reviews all over the internet if you didn't receive your paper. You received your paper and immediately submitted this post. Most customers would have contacted the company if they were not happy with the paper they received and at least allowed the company a chance to make it right. You didn't. We can't address and issue if we aren't made aware of it.

Professor is right. If you didn't specify what needed to be done, how can you have possibly expected it? If you could see me right now, I'd be scolding you.
There are times when things at school become too stressful. It is not in my nature to seek help when you work full time and go to school, sometimes things fall through the cracks.

My order was assigned to a writer named Kimberlee and she was very attentive. She emailed me the same day with questions and asked me for examples of writing style. She wanted to work with me instead of just assume she could produce just anything for the paper. She took the order seriously and followed instructions to a tee. I just have to say that I would ask for her again and use the service again if I needed extra help. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism.
You should be careful when ordering from custompapers.com, not all of their writers are equally good.
My friend received a decent essay from them, so I followed his recommendation and ordered with them. I sent a detailed outline and a list of references, paid for "graduate level" of writing, but what I received was a piece of floppy writing with lots of grammar and styistic mistakes (so much for "graduate level" academic writing style), poor syntax, and unintelligible wordings, as if the person who wrote it was not a native speaker of English. Not even a good L2 speaker. After I complained, the writer arrogantly claimed that she had done a great job and there was nothing to be unhappy about.
I guess when you order from them, it's a good idea to first request a brief chat or phone conversation with the assigned writer. Anyway, if you need anything above undergraduate level of L2 writing, avoid working with "Constance"

I don't know any company that will let you chat with a writer before an order is assigned and a phone conversation with a writer is generally out of the question at any stage as they typically only communicate via email. Nevertheless, for future projects, it would be good to ask questions and see what info the proposed writer will provide before the order is assigned. You could ask about his/her experience, etc. If your project is complex, the writer could first provide a little feedback so that you know he/she understands your order, etc.
Having said that, I am very surprised to hear your experience was negative. I know several people associated with CustomPapers and they are excellent. Maybe the writer had an off day? I do know that they don't use writers who aren't native English-speaking writers, so I know that wasn't the issue. Whatever it was, I wouldn't let it define your overall impression of the company, especially since your friend had a good experience. And be sure to let them know that you don't want that same writer. Whether she had an off day or not, you have the right to ask that your order not be given to her. At least, that's what I would do. :) You can also ask who their top writers are in your given subject area.

Yes, I agree, it looks like it was just my bad luck.
I really hope that I will never need writing services again (the only reason I needed it this time was lack of time), but if I do, I'd probably use CustomPapers again since now at least I know for sure it's not a scam.

No essay company will permit direct contact between its writers and its customers for the same reason that they don't allow direct email contact between writers and customers.

First of all, despite I gave them almost three weeks because my topic required a lot of reading, I have a strong feeling that the writer only sat down to it on the last day and compiled 25 pages of random text from whatever she found on the internet.
Secondly, a good portion of those 25 pages are super lengthy quotes. And by super lengthy I mean extremely lengthy: mostly 150 words average, couple are over 250 words long, and one (no kidding!) 295 words!!! Don't you think it's kind of rude? Ridiculous!

Did you contact them (the company or the writer) with your concerns? If so, what did they say?
I am very shocked to read your message and would like to know what feedback you received to your issue. It seems that if there is an issue where paraphrasing is needed, they would be glad to address it quickly. I really can't comment more without knowing more about your project (i.e. if part of the project needed a direct quote to support something the writer wrote, etc.).
Being personal friends with the people that run that company, I would very much like to hear an update about this case. I have never come across a case of an ESL writer working for CustomPapers and I have never known any of their writers to do such a sloppy job. The powers that be at that company have never stood for anything less than stellar academic work from their writers. Anybody proven to be as bad as the writer in this case would not last long at the company. Are you sure it was CustomPapers you were dealing with? The scenario you described is not something that normally occurs within their ranks. I am absolutely sure that if you contacted the company, they would resolve your complaint immediately.
CustomPapers is a highly reliable company that hires only ENL writers who take absolute pride in the work that they do. I can't believe that such a thing could happen with any student's paper order at the company. Please let us know how the situation was resolved, as I am sure the company will be willing to settle with you. You have to be fair to the company you are mentioning and give them a chance to clean their name.
As I said, it was my second order and second (and last) bad experience.
Remembering that the first time I had a complaint the writer never admitted that she had done a horrible job not even close to the requested M.A. level (completely disregarded the guidelines and specified references I provided, made lots of sytactic mistakes, misquoted sources, replaced the key concepts with completely different ones, etc.), was very arrogant, and charged me extra money for a redo, I just gave up on them this time and ordered with .............. (forgot the name of the website, but the writer's nickname was wordsies) who barely met the deadline but did a great job by doing exacly what I had requested: wrote a nice review of the references I listed according to the provided outline. Despite being slow and a bit impolite, he turned out to be a diligent writer, very efficient and good with words.
I'm glad you like my work. As for my politeness, or lack thereof, I can come off that way when I'm overflown (which is often the case), so I do apologize, it's not something I do on purpose. But, after 100 emails with clients I try to cut every exchange short. Same goes for the deadline, I often have to shift papers because I get so busy I can't manage everything (working alone doesn't help, either). And during the season we all get urgent requests from long time clients, which means we have to email clients who booked earlier and ask for extensions (not pleasant but unavoidable at times).

Well, okay, I exaggerated a bit. It's quality work first then client satisfaction. If the client is happy with the quality, then the client is satisfied with the company. I see this client as perhaps, being a wee bit too demanding, hence the unsatisfactory and unfair review given for the company.
