I found this website called keyessay.com in the essay directory and purchased a long essay. It was an urgent order, but I haven't heard from them since I payed. There is no phone number, and the live chat window is constantly "busy"... Don't know what to do now...

How did you pay and when are they supposed to deliver? These would be crucial pieces of information needed for helpful advice.

I payed through Paypal. It was due yesterday, but I still haven't heard anything back from them. It's more and more like a scam, especially since I found grammar mistakes all over their website... Should have been more careful. At least now everyone knows they are scam.

I want to say this was made by a client who wanted an 11 page paper in about 12 hours and that post was made before I could even ask her for more information about her assignment and the actual length of it as the directions indicated one thing and her details indicated another.

I've since issued a refund to her on 11/5/14 and have not heard back from her.

I'll make sure I monitor that page carefully going forward to see what other replies are posted or if other new forum posts are made. Hopefully I can find out more useful clues as to what people are looking for when they go to make their buying decisions.

I am not really sure why this company is listed on Yelp and why they would ask anyone for a Yelp review. They don't seem to know their business. Since there were no reviews left for them on Yelp, and there is no way of finding any other reviews or client assessment of their company services, it is safe to assume that the company is a complete scam. It is better to never deal with companies that do not leave any digital traces of any sort online.

Well, the url now comes back with a 404 Error. It is a dead link. The company is no longer in existence I guess. Either that or they forgot to pay for their domain name registration, causing the broken link. The latter is unlikely though since they were using it for business. I am guessing they went out of business instead. What with the company not having grown since the time of its launch, it was simply not properly managed and the writers never improved during the time of the company. It was a shut-down waiting to happen.
