Hi Ohcrap, Can you tell me the topic of your assignment?
OP Ohcrap  1 | 12

I will not divulge the exact topic..you never know who is about on here PM me if you like? But I am studying Accounting =)

I saw your other thread, what are you studying?

if it's a very specific and research intensive assignment then there's no way a writer could do it with a cheap price I think. You are most likely to get a plagarised essay...

I almost got a heart attack after I found out customwritings.com is a scam site and I've just paid $200 for their service. damn.

I am studying biotechnology and have an assignment that's doing my head in and I just want someone to complete it for me but now i think such services are too good to be true. If I was a writer I wouldn't want to get paid for $200 for a 10 pages of research intensive analytical essay.

Hi,

I didn't say it was cheap, I said they alotted me 2 free pages.
It is impossible for this paper to be copied from anywhere, of that I can assure you, I would have tried it myself if I could find out what it online with just a bit of swifty rejigging! These are all specific calculations of data which require answering.

My writer has contacted me throughout, I know that she is working on it as I asked her questions on the assignment to make sure it was being done, check my posts I was terrified the whole time. My writer even needed extra info from me, so I was impressed when she asked.

I agree it makes me nervous when I see papers for less than say $15 per page but then when I thought about it, if they charge per word count..which is normally is and 250 is not really a page it probably more like half (if that) I don't know. Like I said I was terrified the whole time.

My best advice to anyone looking for someone to use, is do your research, as much info as you can.
What put me at ease other than the contact was the fact that I had my writers real name, one of the partners of the site recommends to visit here, and is on this forum herself. My hubby was put at ease on this, he said that she wouldn't come on here and be open for one person to say she was a scammer, it wouldn't make sense, because of the damage that could be done on this forum. (if that makes any sense)

are you using customessays?

May 13, 2009 | #45
You are lucky to have a dedicated writer or perhaps the site is in fact legitimate. I would like to try it out but couldn't risk my money again. I tried customwritings.com and yet to receive the paper in 7 days and I'm expecting a horrible paper.

I'll rather spend endless nights on my assignment than counting on the frauds... can't afford to fail my unit.

Anyway please keep us updated on your progress. It's nice to see a positive experience :) Good luck.

Oh I do hope you are not scammed I truly do. I know the feeling of being worries especially when you know if you don't get it right you will fail. I have had that feeling the whole time, turns out I worried for nothing.

How long ago did you order your essay? Have you had any contact off them?

I'm Joe Mackerel and I study at blah blah university in blah blah blah. I'm taking up an undergraduate degree in blah blah blah and am on my blah year. See how easy it is to post all that?

Yes because your a liar and I am not- Ha-har!
I do not need to hide who I am.. I'M JENNIFER KELLY WHO ARE YOU EW?

Your probably someone that sits on their fat a** all day on this lousy forum trying to scab work off helpless students.. ptff! Because thorough your scam company, Essay Writers, you probably don't.

In my 2 years here, I've only acquired like 5 direct clients and only a couple of those stuck with me for more than a couple of assignments.

Ohh... Doing a little self promotion now are we? lol. And you are the first one to point this out to real students on this forum? Weird.

Why are you even in here in the first place? Have you used thessayist.com/client services? You probably get their top quality writers to do your work!.. So, If you haven't, like the rest of us genuinely commenting on this forum.. then take a hike!

Ohh... Doing a little self promotion now are we?

Hell, yeah. At least I got the guts to say so and I don't need to create oh so elaborate plays to make me seem credible as a writer. I got competence written all over me just like you've got self-promoting one written all over you. :)

I am happy to hear that!!! :) Keep me posted!

Ohcrap,

Oh yes, I forgot they were deleted.

I got my paper =) as promised, although its not been graded, I am very happy, my writer also gave me the chance to ask questions so I could fully understand what she had done.

I am a happy bunny. Off to do another assignment due tomorrow now! I love how many of these damned assignments I have to do...and they are always due at the same time!

Ohcrap I'm glad you're happy with your paper!

FYI I have canceled my order due to paranoia LOL

I found out that they can't refund the money after the writer has completed the paper. So instead of paying in full for a piece of crap, I get a 70% refund. phiew..

So you agreed to pay them 30%? Also, they let you cancel the paper just because you got cold feet?
xy558  - | 8
May 14, 2009 | #58
I'd rather loose 30% than the whole. They don't refund in full after they have assigned a writer to me so what do you think i can do? It was my mistake in the first place to place them an order and yea they let me cancel it.

Hi to all,
I placed an order at thessayist.com[DND*] right after I read the feedbacks from the previous thread on that website.

It is not passed 17 hrs from dateline, and I have yet to receive my essay. I'm beginning to suspect if I've been scammed. I was "fortunate" to have a frequent communication with an Admin, named HK. Right after I placed the order, he personally told me that he would be working on the essay himself.

Yesterday when I emailed him, he told me that the writer did not get back to him. I was not bugged by the fact that he contracted my essay out, in any case. I decided to give him 10 hrs grace. In his next reply, he stated that he could not get hold of the writer, and would be working on the essay himself (again).

This is when I'm beginning to get suspicious over the whole deal. OxbrdigeReachers, you claimed to be one of the owners of thessayist, and claimed that thessayist is a legitimate website. I would really appreciate if you could look into this matter.

Right now, I'm concerned about getting my essay than to find out if I've been scammed.
I'll be back to add new feedbacks of the outcome of my essay.

muggslab placed on order and it is due in 17 hrs from now.
As of 2 minutes ago muggslab received the paper along with the turnitin report establishing originality.
muggslab has also received a 100% refund.

Would muggslab like to dispute any of the above?

contracted my essay out

All companies have both staff writers and freelancers so it is not a case of "contracting out."

muggslab has also received a 100% refund.

Why a 100% refund when you have delivered the paper before the deadline?
:S
OxbridgeResearchers  5 | 722 ☆☆

Because I made a verbal promise that I would try to get it to him before the deadline and then way before the deadline, I find him complaining!

Mugslab,

It is not passed 17 hrs from dateline,

Are u sayin it is now 17hours pass the deadline or are you saying it is 17hrs until the deadline?

This thread is for people whom have been scammed! Not to be anxious over nothing!!!! Unfortunately, like everyone else you have to wait until it is pass the deadline to confirm if you have been scammed or not. (Assuming that the aforementioned quote is correct)

Sorry, gotta call'em like I see'em . . . .

This act is really getting old. "Muggslab" is about the 10th NEW MEMBER to sign-up specifically and solely to address thessayist.com (each of whom just happened to spell the URL correctly, too, while all non-affiliates seem to spell it incorrectly). That many people haven't signed-up to communicate about some of the oldest companies in the industry, dating all the way back to this forum's inception several years ago! So, we're supposed to believe that-in the span of a mere 2 weeks or less-a huge number of BRAND NEW, INDEPENDENT MEMBERS each felt the burning desire to take the time to sign-up here (after somehow independently finding this forum in the first place) and post about a NEW site that has virtually no Web presence? C'mon already! This is the most obvious shill case that I have ever seen in this forum. EVERYONE has recognized this fact, even before I commented on it. I do not understand why it is allowed to continue.

OxbrdigeReachers, you claimed to be one of the owners of thessayist,
and claimed that thessayist is a legitimate website.

OcbridgeReachers is HK...

So now that you have gotten your paper, is her claim accurate?! is this or isn't this a legitimate website, according to your outcome?

I have identified at least the following 8 accounts that signed-up specifically to comment on thessayist.com within, roughly, the last two weeks:

carrie4tungtung
cindy lawerance
jennifer199
justin coutts

Whether or not the IP addresses match for all of these accounts is irrelevant, as the culprit(s) now know to use a proxy after having been OUTED by the mod.

No ever since he got it and his money (along with the report saying it is completely original) there has been complete silence!

Sorry, gotta call'em like I see'em

So ... have the receipts and all to prove that this is just a customer and a bad one at that. what do you need for proof? apart from giving out his real name?
WritersBeware
May 17, 2009 | #73
I don't need any proof. If you claim that you have nothing to do with it, I have no vested interest in doubting you. Plus, there is no way for me to prove otherwise even if I thought you weren't being honest. I'm simply conveying my opinion that all existing and future shill accounts should be banned.

i know ... you are right. Four of these names I am sure I know who they are. The others I don't. So, how about investigating them and everybody keep me out of it? Bash the company if it does wrong but I really don't understand what in the hell is going on here. What I do know for a fact is that the bambi character signed on as a pretend customer - just to look around. And the fact that he/she/it is following me around makes me suspect that it is not a student at all and is somehow behind this.

A customer signs on TODAY, makes a single post complaining that the paper was overdue and that we are a scam company 18 hrs BEFORE THE DUE TIME. And who immediately responds - Bambi! This is not the first time and it is not a coincidence.

As I said before, when I say something I have the evidence to back it up. That person is a customer and not a good one at that ...

WB - as for your calling them as you see them, I wouldn't expect any less of you and I wouldn't respect you were you not to speak your mind freely. So, if you find something fraudulent about our activities, yes, you should call it out.

makes me suspect that it is not a student at all and is somehow behind this

check my first posts, it's pretty much obvious that I had some negative experiences with some companies and was looking as a student for legitimate services.

and is somehow behind this

Those who are behind are your crap and other self promotion characters from your own self marketing group.

And who immediately responds - Bambi

Well, it's term time off, studying for exams and surfing around in the break time.

This is not the first time and it is not a coincidence

This actualy applies to all of your multiple identities, who recently joined, posted something, and than just afterwards some other just recently signed up character backed it all up repeteadly.
