
I like the way your terms of service and revision policies are spelled out.
What I do not like is that you hide the fine print about the students not being allowed to submit the paper for a grade even as you turn over the full intellectual copyright to the student upon complete payment.
That provision in your conditions negates the assurance that you give the students that will get their target grades.
It would be better if you make that caveat more prominent on the page.
You should also make the students aware that they should not be submitting these essays for a grade based on the international laws covering anti essay mill usage.
Australia, the UK, and the USA have specific provisions against that type of academic help. That way if the student submits the essay for a grade and asks for a revision based on a low or promised grade, you have an out should he require a refund.
You seem like an on the level company except, I am not sure if you are aware of the international laws that you are breaking by promising a grade level for the papers your writers will be producing.
