I am a University student from Toronto, Canada. It was my first time using this site. This site is located in India. Just try to call to the number(usa) and an Indian person will answer the phone. They promise 24hours to do my project when time passed and was not ready I called and I asked about my project they asked my name as soon as I gave them my name. They hang up. (they did twice).
They promise you to have your homework ready but when the times comes it wont be ready. Their answer will be "in our expert country its night and we cant get in touch with him"
So guys you are all warned. NEVER use this site. They did refund me the money after many phone calls.

You will find a lot of meaningful information about some decent/legit companies here (on this forum). Second, once you've shortlisted a few companies, try initiating a chat with their customer care personnel. You will get a better idea about their legitimacy. This forum is full of such chats. Reviewing them can also be helpful.
More importantly, try googling the name of the company you want to choose with a few keywords (e.g., scam, complaints, dissatisfied customer, poor quality, etc.) that should return any negative/positive reviews. Do not, however, include "reviews" in the search because then you'll be presented with targeted traffic.
But, please keep in mind that even the best products/businesses in the world have dissatisfied customers. So, the point is gaining a holistic view about which one is legit and which not. Naturally, a legit company should have more satisfied than dissatisfied customers.
Once you're satisfied with your search, try placing a smaller order with that company and pay careful attention to everything: the email replies, the way they treat the factor of time, your order, the neatness/crudeness with which the paper is done, and most importantly the language and accuracy of the work. A responsible company is good at these areas.
Almost all that I have discussed above is already available on this forum: hardly any new information.
Since the flow of skills like website development, etc. has increased globally, most every website today presents quite attractive interfaces, layouts, and designs. So, it is now a thing of past to say that because the website looks great, they company must be genuine. It may not be so.

This one star company should be avoided at all costs. They are one of those companies that do not directly hire their writers, nor do they have affiliate or partner writers. Instead, they accept orders and then outsource the same paper to independent writers available online. What a sham! This is precisely why no client ever gets satisfactory work out of them. There are too many people involved in the writing of one paper. If the owner of the company could not do the work himself and, if he felt that he needed to outsource the work, then he shouldn't have dabbled in the academic writing business in the first place.
The 2 companies are actually owned by the same person. However, only the former company is still in existence. They have changed their business presentation from research writing to assignment help. Which is probably a more cost efficient way to run their company, provided the tutors they have online are actually experts in the subjects that they claim to help the students in. At least the students pay by question so, if they are not satisfied with the response they get, they do not have to continue using the service. It may not be a US based company but at least they are not trying to write full papers for unsuspecting students anymore.
