I found this writer on esaychat.com, skye568@gmail, her writer pseudonym is Joy. after I sent my assignment and she agreed to do it for me she asked me to pay her and I did (I paid the full amount)! and I received the first part of the assignment all wrong and has nothing to do with the requirements, and it is 100% plagiarized!! I asked her to commit to the requirements, she submitted a new paper for part 1, and when I checked it it was 53% plagiarized, and also I cant submit it! I am sending her emails now but she is not replying, and the deadline was yesterday

i'm not writing this because I want my money back, it was just $ 35, but just to be careful

You should expect to be paying around $35 for a single page (approx. 275 words) from a decent writer. Can I ask how much work you ordered from Joy Stokes?

Careful WriterI don't know anything about the writer, but in my opinion, once you get a plagiarized paper like that from anybody, you shouldn't ever expect anything else from that person. In this business, you're either:

(1) a real writer who actually writes all the projects you get paid for, or

(2) a scam artist who takes money and simply provides nothing in return, or

(3) someone who decided to try to pretend to be a "writer" by copying/pasting material and passing it off as "writing."

If you paid $3,000 for a high-end watch and it turned out to be a $10 fake, you wouldn't go back to that same seller to return it with a complaint and then expect to get the real thing the next time from the same person.

As Pheelyks said, unless your project was only a single page, you should take that as a lesson that, as Judge Marilyn Milian from The People's Court always says, "Lo barato sale caro" for "the cheap comes out expensive."

Take is as a lesson learned and apply it the next time you think the fair price quote you get from a real writer seems "too expensive."

peddler and FreelanceRewriter two uneducated propaganda trolls.

Why pay $35 per page to unqualify writer when same thing with better writer can cost $15? Only moron pay twice as needed.

Because "writing" that includes an average of a half a dozen very obvious mistakes in every sentence is no bargain.

Why pay $35 per page to unqualified writers when you could get the same thing from a better writer for only $15? Only a moron would pay twice as much as necessary.

That's why.

In addition to barely speaking English while presuming to pass judgment on the "research skills" of good American writers whose work you've previously admitted to never having seen, you're not even honest about what you are and about why you've posted more 900 times in almost 8 years on a site that's obviously only of interest to writers, writing company reps, and their customers and prospective customers. I refer to myself honestly as a "Writer" in my profile, unlike you, who is very obviously a company rep masquerading as some kind of objective "observer." You do absolutely nothing here (in all of your 900+ posts) to contribute substantively to any topic of conversation in any thread; all you do is constantly (and falsely) attack legitimate writers because that's the only apparent strategy an "observer" like you can come up with to compete against us in an industry that you won't even admit to being a part of for profit in the first place. You should probably just concentrate on worrying about how to build up your own business to serve any clients who actually need whatever services you provide from "writers" who probably speak English no better than you and the other "observers" who hire them. The first step might be to just be honest and change your profile from "Observer" to "Writing Company Rep."

You change from 'Writer' to 'ReWriter'.

(I paid the full amount)

That, was your biggest mistake. Never pay more than 10% upfront with a writer you have never dealt with before. Only pay up to 25% of the full amount if you are dealing with a writing company. There is always room for problems when using an unknown writer. The questionable factors are just too many for you to feel comfortable paying full price before you get to review the completed paper. Yes, if a writer asks you to pay in full before the paper is completed, you should cancel the order instead. There is something not right about such deals. Only pay in full if, and that is a very big IF you have a positive track record of dealing with that writer. He needs to have written at least a semesters worth of successful papers for you first. At least, that is how I would do it if I were the student.

I'm confused.

In this thread, you're saying this:

Never pay more than 10% upfront with a writer you have never dealt with before. Only pay up to 25% of the full amount if you are dealing with a writing company.

Yes, if a writer asks you to pay in full before the paper is completed, you should cancel the order instead.

Only pay in full if, and that is a very big IF you have a positive track record of dealing with that writer. He needs to have written at least a semesters worth of successful papers for you first.

However, in this thread, here, you posted the exact opposite:

Any academic writing company that accepts an installment plan is not a company that can be trusted to produce a quality paper for any student.

A reliable writer, who is worth the money he is paid to write the paper will always ask for the full payment upfront. Just in case the student has plans to not complete the payments.

The writing company should be demanding an upfront cash payment.

How do you reconcile all of this conflicting advice?

As I've explained many times, the only sensible way to test any new writer is simply to pay for a very small project (or for a small portion of a larger project), first, and one that has a long deadline, just in case you don't receive work of the quality that you're expecting. No experienced writer who is any good will agree to accept anything less than full payment up front for any project. A customer who is afraid to pay for even a very small project in advance to test a new writer is, essentially, guaranteeing that any writer you do find is desperate for business; and usually, there's a very good reason for that desperation. Also, I have never heard of any legitimate essay company anywhere that accepts "25% of the full amount" for any project that it schedules.

Tis is a freelancer who gives freelancing a bad name. She probably used a fake name and fake email address to get into the business. The way she works did not qualify her as a learned academic writer. Just someone who was taught that cut and paste is the way to write a paper. So it is more than likely that this is a little educated 3rd world writer who thought she would just make a quick buck by pretending to be a student service oriented writer.

Always be careful when hiring an independent academic writer. You never know who you will be hiring and what the actual quality of that persons work, and true level of education might be.
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.
