They don't have an overly slick website (Jesus, how hard is a spell check!) and replies to email are a little tardy (and at times the office boy punching them out seems so disinterested) to say the least.

You should have cancelled your order after 24 hours of non-assignment. 48 hours waiting time should bethe maximum wait time for any client. Companies won't cancel your paper unless you ask them to because allowing the time to expire allows them to use the fine print of the TOS against you. All students should be conscious of this fact and use it to their advantage.

The company one can no longer be contacted. The connection keeps onesetting until it eventually times out. Either the company is temporarily offline or they are in the process of taking down their server to go out of business. The last time I checked on them a few days back, they were selling their services as an online group tutorial company. Maybe their new business path did not pan out. They were focused on getting students out of China. Since China cracked down on all types of tutoring centers, their target clientele was severly affected. Admittedly, the China market is so big, the loss of their business can shut-down a company.
