The "Essay Corporation LP" rewrite request

So this is what I submitted in my rewrite request to an essay corporation writing office:

Essay Corporation"I did find some grammar mistakes, but that is to be expected, and I am not concerned with that.

However, I am concerned with the following 4 things:

1. The paper was supposed to formatted with 1 inch margins (as per the information in the FAQ). It was not. It was formatted with 1.25 inch margins.

2. At the beginning of each paragraph, there was a double indentation instead of a single one.

3. The reference page should be a separate page in addition to the 7 pages, and not part of the 7 pages.

Correcting for the above 3 items, barely makes 6.25 pages of text.

4. This is the most IMPORTANT point. In my directions for the paper, I asked that there be a thesis question formulated and argued. The sample paper was simply a research paper with no argument. That is exactly what I stated I DID NOT WANT the paper to be."

I thought I was very nice considering the blatant attempt to use up space by changing the formatting.

What do you all think?

Also, perhaps I should just do the revision myself instead of trying to get the writer do it?

I thought I was very nice considering the blatant attempt to use up space by changing the formatting.

Please educate yourself on the default settings of MS Word before making unfounded accusations. Word's default margin is 1.25". The much more likely scenario is that the writer simply forgot to customize the default margin width. You're making it seem as if the writer changed it to 1.50".

This is an absolute non-issue that you should not post in this forum. I'm sure that the company will quickly address the writer's minor oversight.

I apologize. You are correct. That was most likely an honest mistake.

However, there is still the issue of the other three points, the last one being the most important one.

Don't get me wrong, other than those 4 issues, the paper is fairly well written. And one can definitely tell that it was written by a native english speaker. However, the fact remains that it did not follow the specifications provided.

Hopefully this will be resolved in the rewrite, and if it is, I'll be sure to make note of it in this forum.

This forum is for people who have been ripped off by fraudulent companies to post their experience, even after extensive attempts to obtain a proper product or receive a refund. You didn't even give the company a chance to respond. This is a complaint board, not a diary.

This type of thread distracts from the real fraud taking place in the industry. That's my point.

Hopefully this will be resolved in the rewrite, and if it is, I'll be sure to make note of it in this forum.

But still, I don't see anything in the terms of this website that would make my topic inappropriate.

Name of the site:

EssayScam.org

You have not been scammed, and I'm quite certain that your edit request (which should have remained a private issue between you and the company) will be resolved. The company clearly advertises that it will promptly provide free editing, so you have no reason to post here about something that is well within the scope of standard service. You're dealing with people, not infallible robots.

You're right. I have not been scammed. As of right now I am a fairly satisfied customer. Maybe, I should have posted this in the off topic forum. My bad.

I'm quite certain that your issue will be resolved.

I hope so. And believe me, once it is, this forum will be the first to know.

woah, its hard to quote you accurately with all those edits. lol
