The following, public information relates directly to the well-known, deceptive, and often illegal practices that Yuri -owner of "Universal Research"-employs on and through his "essay writing" Web sites (essaywriters.net, bestessays.com, superiorpapers.com, besttermpaper.com, etc.). Consumers have the right to know who they're unwittingly trusting with their project, money, and private information.
Yuri (owner of essaywriters.net[DND*] and bestessays.com[DND*]) and Alexey (owner of Academia-Research.com and MasterPapers.com) used to be partners. Apparently, they had a miserable falling-out in 2004 because they couldn't even trust each other!
The following quote from Yuri is from a Ukrainian forum in 2004. The situation is that Yuri is unsuccessfully attempting to defend himself against theft and fraud accusations levied by innumerable writers from Ukraine. What's Yuri's solution? Throw Alexei under the bus, of course! LMAO!

"I understand how you all maybe feeling about this. Up till now you did not know the real story for the reason that knowing it earlier would not fix the problem and bring only more chaos and disorder to our operations. (Many writers were and still will be paid)
1st I used to be the partner with Alexey and worked in the agreement where I was responsible for billing and payments from the clients. He was responsible for writers including payments to the writers. Due to his irresponsible actions, writers management and order control my merchant account was closed early October due to almost 10% chargeback ratio. Number of September and October orders were forcefully refunded back from our bank account to the clients cards (done out of our control by risk and loss prevention of the merchant company) almost all October sales were not captured which means were not settled transferred to our bank and expired as we could not open another merchant account. Due to this number of quality assurance checks features were added to the system and some writers who I underline had the worst complaints, biggest number of charge backs, a lot plagiarism, or used already prewritten essays and did not attempt to answer the clients instructions were fired and were suspended from the use of our system.
2nd To save the company, continue the operations I made a decision to pay from earlier earnings of the company including my own pocket. Schedule of the best writers was put together and is pay outs are taking place all the time however its moving very slowly due to the limits put by Nats Bank to take out not more than 275 USD daily so we can pay only 2-4 people a week. At this time I can say to all the people currently having access to the system not to worry of our ability to pay them for all their written orders as well as the ones written in Nov-Dec its just the matter of time. I also hope that in the New Year the regulations will be voided and we can pay all the debts in the first days of January.
3rd I understand that many of you maybe very angry that your salaries were not paid especially for those who feel that were put in the bad list by fired mistake for those I want to tell you we are reviewing the complaints from all writers in the order they come but again its moving very slowly because the of the level of details it all goes through. For those who wrote tons of nobody needed papers I want to tell that we keep receiving the charge backs (full prices of the order deducted from our account) every day and that they may show up within 180 days from the order day in addition there is a 35USD and your accounts was deleted because of your fault merchant account was closed, clients were unhappy and fines were paid by my company."
As one can see, Yuri has already been convicted in the State of Virginia for using false pretense (i.e., "an offense involving intent to defraud and misrepresent") during the commission of a crime.
