CustomPapers and at least one of our competitors have been a target of the business called "Lucia Showroom" (luciaolaru.com). Their main "office" is allegedly located in Bucharest, Romania, but they also have business "agents" in London, UK.
At this point, we don't want to reveal everything we know about this business and their real operations other than the conversations between our Sales Department, the writer, and the client. We hope this information will allow the reader to understand the real story.
They first approached us via an online chat and used the fake identity of "Maribel." The name and the associated @yahoo email have been created specifically for this transaction.

It's actually a survey questionnaire of interview questions. It's a simple fix of technicality for just changing the wording around the method. I thought that was clear that the survey was qualitative. But I can change the wording.
About the redesign of the method from survey to interview questions, can I keep the demographic information and then just add vignettes from the interview transcripts based on rewording the questionnaire without likert scales. Please advise. Once I know it is a quick fix for me which I can do first thing (7am) central time tomorrow morning. Please let me know.
I sent you an email with questions about the method last night and have not heard from you.
My questions to fix this issue were:
1. Can I keep the demographic questions in the analysis? With illustrations.
2. I will simply rewrite the questionnaire as interview questions and then provide snippets as comments in the analysis.
3. Once again this should not be a difficult revision but there is the concern for scheduling since I am away for the holiday. Please advise your thoughts on the changes and then also when you need revisions.

A week after the paper was sent, the "Lucia Store" demanded a refund and escalated the transaction to a claim through Paypal.
We prefer not to publish the whole paper online (unless the client agrees); the following are screenshot of a couple of pages which contradict the "Lucia Store" claims.
