Custom Writings from Ukraine got me a C for HISTORY MIDTERM!!!

For history Midterms I had to make a research paper, and I ordered an 8 pages history research paper from custom writings worth $80, and chose "best available writer", and put down all the instructions and formats clearly. However, today I just got my results back and I got a C, or 65/100!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE RESULTS!!!! And most of the writer's mistakes are GRAMMAR.

Midterm History PaperReally, I thought custom writings hire professional writers who won't make silly mistakes such as GRAMMAR, and some of the footnotes or citations are wrong. Before I submitted the essay I have already sent a revision comment to fix the sentence fragments because they seem pretty bad. Then it was already the day it was due, I didn't have time to look it up again, I thought it was pretty good after the revision, and this is what I got. C for a MIDTERM is just unacceptable. I am really mad about this because my average in this history class was an A from all the quizzes and assignments, but this midterm is bumping me down!!!!! I expect a refund for this essay because it 's really not worth $80!

I am an Art student and have a slight interest in English literature, and when I saw this writer's grammar quality I was like.... okay that kind of sucks, but at least the writer knows about history more than I do, and because this is custom writings I expect them to know what they are doing. But I guess not. Compared to my language use on academic paper I think I can do much better than the writer! And also note that I am an International student, whereas English is my second language. If I knew earlier about this writer's quality I WOULD HAVE WRITTEN THE PAPER MYSELF. Even though I have a very narrow knowledge about history at least I won't get bad grades from grammar mistakes.

Plus, if I go to the professor and try to talk about the essay that would be a big embarrassment because he's gonna think I can't write in English, and I am attending college in the USA!!! So really, custom writings, what the hell did you do to my MIDTERM PAPERS? I don't really know where to complain so I'm just gonna write it here. I hope custom writings will improve the quality of their writers, or at least have some editors that set a standard for the essays that are being sold!!!

Sounds to me like you had a good deal. For $80, really, you cannot expect a writer to take too much time on the paper and mind you, I am not talking about the so called "best writer available" because that would be expecting too much. No credible writer, who has been around for a while would write that price especially because your $10/page includes the company's commission and in customwritings' case its probably 95% which leaves your writer with around $0.5/page. Added to that, (and this is a pity to the poor writer), your complaint about the C grade you got has handed him a 300% fine which means that he now owes the company $15. Well, if you do the math you can see that in total customwritings has made a total of $95. Still surprised at how such companies manage to stay in business?

You paid the writer $10/page and expect him/her to produce a good quality paper.

Most decent writers in this industry make at least $20 per page, and usually more. You can certainly find writers for $10 per page, but you get what you pay for.

dude stop complaining, if you are looking for quality work then you must be prepared to reward the writer accordingly. $10/page is too low a reward to get the writer motivated !!!!

I know that whenever I thought I wasn't being paid enough, I just did the minimum that I could get by with and would tell them all off if I got any static about it. Since it's such a crappy job anyway, well, who cares what happens?

I don't think it's a crappy job--set your own hours, make a nice living, work in your pajamas, etc. Why did you do it if you hated it, and why would you ever take work you felt you were being underpaid for?

Do you think it's good for a full-time job?

Im not being funny OP, but you got a great deal there. $80 for 2000 words?? C grade isn't bad for that. No superior writer is going to work for that.

It's fairly obvious that the OP is a shill for customwritings. We're supposed to say, "I can get a C for only $80? The main problems are just grammar? Heck, I could fix those problems myself and probably get a B. What a deal!"

You thought wrong. They hire writers on the cheap. The writers are 3rd world ESL, which means grammar will be a definite problem in any paper that they produce. I am sad that you got scammed by this company. I guess you were pressed for time, which led to the decision to hire them, without enough background checking on the company profile and writer reputation. I hope you learned a lesson and will do better next time when choosing a writing company.

Those drop down choice menus mean nothing. "Best available writer" is only in that form for the peace of mind of the client. It does not mean the student will actually get a good writer. It is still going into the Wild West known as the "writer server" where the gung-ho writer who think he can write the paper based upon their understanding of the instructions and his ready access to materials will take the paper. Even if he realizes later on that he is in over his head, he is not going to reassign that order because he is a greedy money grabber.

The client should only hire a writer who can actually interview the pass both an oral and written English interview, he should be able to see writing samples (if available), and the writer should prove that he has advanced knowledge of the topic provided via sample sections of previously completed work that is somewhat related to the topic to the client. Do not hire a writer directly from a company unless these minimum background check requirements can be met by the company assessment process. If not, then look for a freelance academic writer instead. Any client can easily perform these checks in the open hire manner.
