I placed an order to get a research paper done. They make B.S claims on their site. They went past the deadline and make nice excuses. I paid about $200 and am waiting for a refund as they DID NOT deliver my paper. Have eaten up my $200 bucks!!!

This is the super B.S response I got from this site. Any way to get to them and get my money back?

[You'll get your refund, and we're not fraud. The person responsible in
issuing the refund is not here at the moment when she gets back she will
resolve it in your interest.

Kind regards,
Tina

Merged topic:
customwritings.com

i never used an essay site in my life and thought id try one time. I ised customwritings.com and they did give me a paper back. Im not saying the information in the paper is bad or anything but the grammar was HORRIBLE. I dont think it was worth what i spent for a 10 page paper. Custom writing.com is definately not a professional site. anyone else tried to get a paper from them?

customwritings.com are f***ing fraudster they never deliver what u want and they always have some stupid rules to protect them; they are all fraudster do not deal with them anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off stay away from custom writings.com they miss deadlines and provide u something completely irrelevant to the subject u have selcted for research they provide links to references that do not exist and give statistics on the wrong business areas; all who think that customwritings are fraudsters should join me for a fight against them and take them down i will post to anyone all the interaction notes and documents they sent me which even a 5 year old could writer better; they are all fraudsters and trick u into accepting the final version but when u review it carefully u find it doesn't make sense. they do not mind revising cause they will keep on sending the same crap over and over again until the deadline passes and then they will refuse to refund u and offer you a stupid15% discount (hahah no one is that stupid). Please i warn everyone out there stay away from custom writings its better u score a low grade than deal with these fraudster that u will pay ur hard earned cash and u will still fail and get caught for plagiarism. Do not deal with the biggest fraudsters online "customwritings.com" please pass this message around they are the worst to deal will and will never deliver; i am only sharing my experience and for 6 months they failed to deliver what i asked for no matter how many times i wrote it down in simple ABC english; if you care about your work and want to get a good grade stay away from these communist F**ers; i will share information with whoever wishes to see what sort of nonsense low quality work being offered by the mobs.

I had the same problem on the other end. I was a writer for them and they kept me from communicating with the customer who needed assistance quickly. Don't get ripped off. Know who your writer is.

Cutomwritings.com, a former Soviet satelite.

Argue with them and receive nothing. This company has a reputation of not allowing the writer a chance to communicate with the client, when their hand is forced all communication dissolves. No money> no honey> no cash back. You can take the communist out of the system, but never the system out of the blah, blah, blah!

Customwritings.com An absolut disgrace.

Hi. I'm from Denmark.

Write DisgraceWe have a college-alike education called "HF". It is somewhere between High school and College in terms of academic level.

I choose to write the most important exam in english. Since it was the most important exam, and it would get reviewed and graded by 2 teachers, and because I had a sick family I needed to attend to, I choose Customwrittings.

I ordered a college exam paper. "College" level is harder than what I'm doing here.
Now, you can get 6 grades here in Denmark. That's 0,3-2-4-7-10-12, and that rule goes all the way through university as well.

I used 350 dollars on this, and let me tell you, when the teachers have a hard time explaining just how bad it is, then it's really bad.

I was told, that even though there were no spelling mistakes, it was a disgrace.
There was not one single thing about the paper that was correct. Every statement, sources, argumentation, analysis - everything was so poorly done, that it was an automatic failure and lowest score possible ( 0,3 ).

I was told, that I had just played against Manchester united, and I had lost 0-8.
Now, I'm in good standing with my teacher, and he was going to fight for me, but he just couldn't defend it, since they rarely had seen a paper that was so poorly written.

This exam cannot be redone until next year, and I will have to live with this exam.

I talked to customwritings, and they just said, that they don't guarantee any grades, and I should be the one to tell them, if something needed to be corrected.

The paper looked really awesome, a lot of fine words and what seemed like a good analysis, even had me fooled.
So, there you go. A "College" academic level paper from customwritings.com, couldn't even pass an exam on an education that is below college.

This is one more victim of the fraud site i.e customwritings.com
This is a 2nd big mistake I have made after having an terrible experience with thesishelp.co.uk which is also a biggest fraud.

I came to know about this fourm after 1 day paying money to custom writings. They have played the same tricks with me as well as they have done with mohammad, i.e we are facing tech problems, we need few more hours etc.

I have escalated my dispute to paypal as i have paid them through paypal.
As paypal helped me in the last scam from thesishelp, i've got full refund from them. I am expecting the same with this dispute.

Same thing with masterpapers.com they too have done the same with me. I think iam the only one who have being encountered so many problems with fraud sites.

Well, I'm a writer and I have to respectfully disagree.

It's a bad idea just to work with a stranger through the net, there is little to no way to deal with being scammed if things don't work out (from the perspective of both the writer and the client). What do you do as a writer if the client gets the project and then a week later disputes their payment through paypal? Seems like a recipe for a big mess.

Just my opinion of course. From my own point of view, I know I'm getting paid once I get assigned a project even if the funding falls through b/c the companies that I work for will pay me no matter what. Their marketing and dealing with the customer problems overrides most of my desire to strike out on my own.

But back on subject, do these scam companies purposefully base their names upon legit companies hoping to confuse consumers?
customwritings ==> lots of problems, ripping off custompapers
masterpapers ==> lots of problems, ripping off papermasters

The person responsible in
issuing the refund is not here at the moment when she gets back she will
resolve it in your interest.

Huh? Exactly how does a company function without the Billing Department representative? Who sends out the bills? Who collects the payment? Forget the refund for a moment and you will realize that this company is being run by clowns. Nobody has the power to issue refunds in the absence of the department head? No assistants? I wonder how the writers got paid. Anyway, that is total BS, I personally handle the accounting side of my business but, when I need to be away for some reason, I always assign someone to take my place, in case checks need to be signed or refunds need to be issued. I only hold final approval of the financial release when I am away, which I do via email or SMS. That is how a responsible company is run.

This is exactly my point. All companies are required to create a clear refund explanation on their websites. They have to be clear about the procedure and how long a refund will take. This website does not do that. All they say is that they will credit the money back to the credit card. That does not help the client in any way. It does not explain what they need to know should the need to refund their order arise. It is not covered in detail, or even in a summary manner at the website. That is just plain wrong. Only a scam would do such a thing.
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.

It should be incredibly obvious that it really couldn't matter less how "clear" or "detailed" the wording of the refund policy is, because if the company is a scam in the first place, they're not going to honor any refund request for any reason. Much more often than not, just the fact that an essay company promises unconditional "refunds" is enough evidence that the company is a scam; the same goes for those "free unlimited revision" and/or "satisfaction" guarantees. Legitimate essay companies and writers rarely have to issue refunds, because they provide good work. When they do get a cancellation request shortly after payment or they have to issue a refund because they encounter some major unanticipated problem with a project that makes a refund appropriate, they simply click the "refund" option on whatever payment system the client used to issue the payment and then that payment system handles it. Sellers and service providers don't usually have any control over how long that takes after they submit the refund request to the system; the only thing they can do is initiate the refund process.

Generally, the more an essay company highlights "refunds" and "satisfaction guarantees" and/or "free unlimited revisions" in the first place, the more likely it is that the company is a scam and won't actually be issuing any refunds (or providing worthwhile revisions) for any reason, regardless of how "clearly" or how "detailed" those promises are represented on its website. Legitimate service providers never promise unconditional refunds or unlimited revisions; only scam companies do that, as a means to gain the confidence of customers, which is the exact origin of the phrases "conman" and "con job." Just read some of the threads on this forum posted by customers who were ripped off and/or threatened and blackmailed after simply trying to hold a company to the exact refund (or revision) terms very clearly detailed on its website. Just about all of them included very specific guarantess that should have been obvious red flags, precisely because they're too good to be true.
