Neen, if your main reference is to Milton's blindness, then I do not think Wordsworth comes into the picture. If there is another question comparing Wordsworth and Milton, that is different. I am sure you are aware that Wordsworth, in the literary world, is considered to be the inheritor of Milton's legacy, although their poetry is wildly different. Comparison with other blind poets might be more suitable.

You can write about poets like John Clare (was slightly insane later), Robert Southey (had alzeimer), Keats (TB), Colerdge (opium) and Hartley (drinking).
