The UK Dissertation Freelance Writers drama

That woman from the UK Dissertation Freelance Writers is horrible. I have unfortunately too had to deal with her via the site. They always break the deadlines, without a doubt and no matter how polite and patient you are with her she always takes liberties. She is a liar and no customer should have to deal with the constant pursue of threats that this psychotic and deluded woman insists on attacking innocent customers with.

The communication with Dissertation Writers is dispicable to say the least and when one does try to challenge it they are threatened with legal action by Kim. I think the company is disgusting and all students should avoid it. I have spoken to plenty of friends who have suffered from the terrifying wrath of Kim. Students: If you order your work through the UK Dissertation Writers, you will have to suffer with them missing the deadline (even if you pay for express, don't expect them to meet it, in fact expect them to go way over it), also if you inquire about a missed deadline, expect to be ignored for a while and then subsequently, abused and threatened with blacklisting, libel cases and reports to universities for lies...!!! Its ridiculous. These companies are owned by money hungry intellectual cyber-bullies! Save your money and do the work yourself.

(Not trying to get into a useless cyber argument with any crazy peeps,just wanted to add my opinion/experience. I suppose Kim may go into defense overdrive and that's up to her. If you don't like what i have to say, SUE ME!!!!! I'm just a student warning others TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL THESE SIGHTS, ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. UK Dissertation Writers do great work, but whats the point if its late, you miss deadlines at university and then have to go through endless idle debate when you wasted hundreds of pounds????? Plus, just because there's a few complaints on here doesn't mean that these were the only unsatisfied customers out there. Its a shady business this is........Plus Kim likes to threaten people with reports to their university so many might be afraid to speak out.........I hope others speak out about their experiences and increase awareness of the need for students to just stay away from these sights altogether and do the work themselves.)

Shellyanne is a scammer. She used every trick in the book to demand a refund. Her work was sent to her on time and she claimed that it was not and we refunded her. Upon refunding her, she was warned that this was not the first time she tried to pull this trick and we will publish the work - she claimed that she wrote and submitted her own. She received the refund and was informed that the work has reverted to us AS IT WAS NOT LATE AND SHE CLAIMED THAT SHE NEVER MADE USE OF IT. Immediately thereafter she wrote back stating that she did use it. Well, given her devious tactics, we will now publish the wh0le story (as you will note, she claimed that the essays were late and unusable - they were delivered prior to her university deadline):

As for the sources, I explicitly answered that question twice before. Yes they were used. I will answer it for a fourth time - yes they were used.

On complaint board you just asked why we gave you a refund if you were in the wrong:

1) we wanted you out of our hair

2) you initially claimed that you did not use the work. Why should you pay for something you made no use of? You also claimed that you wrote and submitted your essays from scratch. You made tat claim on the midnight of the 29th. In the morning we told you that since that was the case, we will use your essays on our samples area. Less than 15 minutes later you wrote back saying that you had used them and therefore we were not to post them.

You should clarify what a "refund" is about. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Even the most objective reading of the above email thread will clearly tell the most simple minded kind of person that the issue was about LATENESS.

Whatever your argument was or still is, the fact that you gave a REFUND shows in some ways that you it in a compensatory manner. As I have said on the other website, if there was no problem and you did nothing wrong why pay out?

Next, if a customer pays for an essay to be delivered in 5 days. They want it in five days. Not 6 days, or 3 weeks even. This is regardless of if the students university deadline in the same as the order or not. Whatever DATE PAID FOR MUST BE MET.

According to your own guarantees, this lateness should not happen and if it does, you guarantee a full refund and the work done for FREE.

So...............Who has the upper hand here if the work is late? YOU or the CUSTOMER?

If a deadline is missed by yourselves, and you have to refund and give free work then its up to the customer to do what they like with it. Its theirs. So what if they missed their deadline. Why should that be your concern.

I am afraid of what you will do next. You scare me. You ruin my education already and next you want to ruin my life. I swear on my dads grave my essay i ordered was late. It says so in all the emails. Your threats are for nothing and they are constant. I am trying my best to delete them from here so you can stop accusing me of slandering your company and then maybe i wont feel so afraid of what evil you are capable of. So Kim, I dont know what it is you need admitting. The essays were late, i didnt make that much of a big deal, i just spent alot of time trying to make you realise i really needed the order in time. I asked a load of questions you kept ignoring. And as for your orders, I did believe that by PRINCIPLE i should have been able to keep them. I paid for a & 7day order, which took 2 and a half weeks, the refund came after three weeks. Checked and theres no police report against my brother, who uses the name she published online illegally. The woman is deluded. My brother and I have explained the situation and left a statement with an officer and if this crazy woman does anything else online they will investigate the whole thing.
