Looks legit but the only way to confirm is for you to order a smaller paper though this domain is 12 years old which is impressive but the part about unknown and hidden identity is not very comforting.

Do not pay them or give them to start a full paper for you. Try them out by testing them on smaller versions of the topic you want them to write them on.

Also try calling them and see how their customer support is when you ask some complicated questions.

Maybe that's the gist of the problem - your expectations are too high to what it is possible to deliver in normal circumstances. I would not like to be your writer or to service such a demanding customer ;). Perhaps the site you reviewed (custom writings) wasn't that bad after all.

I am just saying that when using free tools you have to be alert as it does say that the location of the owner is hidden and would you like to go to a website where the owner is hiding information? Seriously, I am not being overly demanding I am just trying to point out the obvious please reconfirm if you wish or research for yourself before disclaiming others. Their IP location and other information are also masked for most people. They are hiding some pretty dark secrets as far as I can tell. They do not want to be found and take great pains to make sure that nobody ever does. They cover their tracks very well for a reason. The company cannot be trusted to treat the clients properly.
