Iv'e been trying to contact support at essayacademia.com[DND*] but to no avail. Does any body have the same experience. The live support appears to be offline for more than 2 days now. They are from India.

I have sat here and watched you guys write your messsages all over these posts and I often wander what this forum is about. There seems to be no help available other than slinging each other off. It makes me sad to think you spend alot of you time putting people down when in fact you could be assisting people, real people that are actually looking for help. I would hope that this forum could display some positive support for fellow students and writers, because after all, without students there wouldn't be writers. I'd imagine that people would enjoy posting in on this site if it could create real change. There are too many wars in this world and I feel we need to help each other as fellow human beings.Lets stop F!!!ing each other and start helping. Is that sooo hard?

Prime example.... You couldv'e said "maybey you could try using the search box". That could help. You writersBeware are in a good position to help people but I find your mannerism at times a bit stupid. Not to say that you are stupid but I would hope you could talk to people correctly at times. I haven't called you or any of your colleges incompetent as I'm sure your not.

You're being too judgmental. If you review some posts/threads on this forum, you'll easily find a great many of them making no sense, plus, a number of posts by scammers that aim to break the rules of this forum. In opposition to warnings, they go on doing the same. In this situation, talking straight is a natural reaction.

Secondly, and much more importantly, whatever information someone needs, they can find it on the forum, i.e., famous scam companies/individuals. Then why bother? I personally think that a post that makes sense does not go unattended here.

Sure, I can understand that as I too would talk like a F!!!ker to and d##ck that tried to scam me of my hard earned cash. I would personally like to break their little neck.

Now, that being said I do feel there could be more attention focused toward exposing the good writers and companies that actually do help students.......that for me would work and I'm sure it too would serve many others that visit this forum. What do you think?

This is where the role of the search box comes in. There is loads of information on good companies. All you need is spend a few quality minutes plowing through the posts/threads. I hope you get my point.

You're a "prime example" of the type of person we do NOT want to help. You don't care about wasting others' time. Your accusations are IGNORANT. Do you not see that I have almost 7,500 posts? Instead of posting a useless thread, why did you not use the search box or click on my profile to see the DOZENS of informative threads that I have posted? We get tired of reading the same, lazy questions over and over again.

WritersBeware,I have not once accused you of anything....Simply I have stated how I find some of the comments on this forum degrading and ignorant. Also I have stated that the forum could be at times focussed toward helping people. An example of this is is the response from Meokhan. I don't feel that's too hard.

When you state that there is no helpful information in this forum, that pisses me off. It's completely disrespectful to the long-time members who have dedicated thousands of personal hours in researching and posting tons of helpful information.

Fair call....I can accept that you would be pissed off as I would probably feel the same way. There is alot of useful information on this forum and I also find it difficult to read some of the slandering that gets posted.

It's not just the slandering. If you dig a bit deeper, you'll find clearly substantial information regarding a number of companies/websites. And yes, there are accusations, spammers, scammers everywhere on the forum, but again, it's your work to distinguish between the two types of content.

There are times when the chat support goes offline for a system update. When they encounter problems with the software, they cannot be contacted. They should be online in a few days. Otherwise, you can try their VoIP number which will normally take voicemail. Someone should either call you back or email you, depending upon your concern. If you have already placed your order, then you can try contacting them via the PM service related to your order.

Live support for most of these companies have been experiencing problems since they decided to switch from live to a customer assistance board.The idea is to limit actual interaction to reduce the response errors on the side of the company representatives. Their reps tend to be lose cannons in terms of responding in real time, causing the company to go the AI way as an experiment. The problem is that even that part of the site is down there days. I opted to try and get a human being via chat and never got anyone online even as I waited an hour. If they cannot communicate then they have no right to be in this line of business.
