(01:22:16) customer: Do I need to contact the better business bureau of MA and put in a formal complaint?.This entire paper is completely plagerized..quotes and citations are not only incorrect as per APA format but to hand this in would mean a zero or worse...Its illegal...I want a refund...useless paper that you promised was going to be as per my instructions and above all APA FORMATED AND NOT PLAGERIZED....what do I need to do to get you and your writer to do what was promised and what is guaranteed?

So...you started a chargeback, right? But be careful because it may not be worth it.

9 times out of 10 customers send assignment descriptions straight from their professors, identifying schools and even specific courses. Unfortunately, the customer base in this industry doesn't tend to be the world's best and brightest, though of course there are many exceptions.

when you ask for a refund.they blackmail you into not doing anything about it.

Blackmail only works if you do not call their bluff. Do not allow any company to intimidate you into forgetting your refund. It is your right to claim a chargeback or a refund, depending upon how you paid for the paper. If they threaten to blackmail you, then threaten to sue them. Hire a lawyer if only to write a threatening letter to them letting them know that if they do not complete the refund process, you will be filing charges at the appropriate court for coercion, misrepresentation, fraud, and some other cases I am sure a competent lawyer can think of.

I do not understand why the domain name directs to a pop up that requires the student to pre-register before gaining full access to the page. I found a way around that requirement and did not submit any information to them. I am not sure if the other students knew that they could get around that requirement though. It sounds to me like this site is an information collecting tool and nothing more. It does not even mask the domain name anymore. You get a bunch of gibberish letters in the web address bar, which means there is more than just blackmail on the minds of the site owners. It is too risky to hire this company. Their intentions could be criminal for all we know. They are going to use the information they collect in the future. We just cannot be sure how they plan to do it.
