Website says: 'Exam Help is a global online assistance website that provides immaculate services.'
Although their phone number 0203 is an area code for London, scammers are using 0203 phone numbers to give the appearance of being located in London.
Their website is carefully worded to give the appearance they are complying with the essay mill laws in England which means they will not be writing the essay for you. The fact that they have gone to these lengths indicates they may be based in London, or more likely have gone to extreme lengths to convince you they are based there, which means they are a scam.

If you don't mind my adding some information and concerns to what has already been said and advised to you. It appears that the domain name is newly registered. There is no company history to be spoken of or found online at the moment. The fact that they do not provide even a fake UK office address is very concerning in my opinion. Do not believe the publicity about awards and other things on their website. Those are all lies. They have not been in business long enough to make those claims. Not unless they previously existed under a different name, which they used to scam the students. The companies that have too much negative complaints often change their url and company name to avoid any further connection with the previous bad name, even though their services remain the same, horrible and dangerous. Please be extremely careful this time around. You cannot afford to have a part 2 of your previous experience.

It is difficult to tell as @a1writer said above. They may just be moving very carefully this time. If these are the same people that tried to blackmail you, then you know that they are not legit based in the UK. All I could find out was that the domain was registered with GoDaddy on 09 May 2022 and expires this year on the same date. Not sure if that helps but it at least proves this is the back up name reserved for an unknown website. Be careful. Your uni would have more sophisticated Traci g tools at their disposal so yes, they will find out the location of the company / writer who logged in for you. I just do not know for sure if that is the reason for the delay in your exam results.

So I have finally heard something back from university today.

They have informed me of Academic Misconduct stage 1.
They have sent me an evidence which is like "less than a full sentence" similar to some website online.
Now university have not asked for a meeting, they want me to admit my mistake or appeal.
I will obviously admit and should hear back 7 days after i submit my statement.

Do you think its over now? Is this good news?! I still don't know what to think.

I have contacted students union and they advised me to admit and most likely they will mark my exam except that particular answer with similarity.

At last you now have a response and the ball is rolling.

Stage 1 is normally a factual review by the reviewer at faculty level.
The next step will depend on the seriousness of your misconduct.

Academic misconduct codes vary from university to university so you need to read the rules relating to your university or other education establishment. Do not post any of the codes on this forum.

Example of Next Step
Following the completion of your statement the next procedure might be as follows:
(1) You will be invited to a meeting with the Academic Integrity Officer to help you to learn where you have made a mistake and help to avoid future mistakes.

(2) You will be invited to take an on-line Academic Integrity Course. If this is your first allegation of academic misconduct (minor, moderate or major) when you pass the course the default penalty is reduced to the next immediate lower category (eg: a moderate penalty is amended to a minor penalty).

(3) For academic misconduct categorised as very minor, the process is completed at this point and no further action is taken.

Until you reach this point nobody can tell whether there will be a need for Stage 2.
If this is your first allegation of academic misconduct that will bode well for you. Be guided by your union rep who will know how your particular misconduct is likely to be viewed.

Don't do it again, but I think you know that!

@a1writer
So the email says there will be no need for a meeting unless i don't admit and appeal!
Also stage 1 is considered minor offence when i read the regulations at my university website.

This is my first ever offence as this was my first ever exam too.

Omg! I will never ever do this again, i will make a detailed post to warn students once this is all done.

Thank you so much
