I personally ordered 3 essays with this company all at once, and after I received very poor quality essays that were also written in a way that were irrelevant to my topic, they accused me of making false reasons to bring their writers down. They are not open to any option to make things right for you or achieve their clients satisfaction which is the prime goal of any company. After i asked to get the writers to make revision to the essays, they did not even give this option and they simply asked me to give these essays to my teachers, which would cost me both my money ($760) and a marks. I asked them to give my money back and I do not need their poor quality essays and they told me that they have no refund policy which was a lie and was part of their refund policy to make refund for highly unsatisfactory essays which would apply to my matter.

I would like to reveal the names who are behind this scam company, particularly the name of lady who works there as a secretary and you and is behind every thing going on there. The company manager's name is Derek, and his secretary's name is Ela. Please be aware of Ela. She has a very wired and psychopathic personality which freaked me out after I took my essays and complaint about them to her and what she did was that she asked me to leave her office as soon as possible or else she will call the police and will accuse me of harassment. You will notice her extremely bitter and insensitive attitude as soon as you order your essay with, and if she feels that you are demanding to receive the service you paid for, then she will make sure that you will not get a even 1% quality of the service you were promised to get from them.

customessay.com is a fraudulent, corrupt company in Toronto Canada that makes you all sorts of guarantees and false promises to induce you into making a payment and ordering your essay with them. I personally had a very bad experience with them that I would like to share with others who may consider this company for their essays. It was 5 months ago that I was very busy studying for my exams and for the fist time I considered online essay writing services with the advise of one of my friends who thought it would help me to focus more on my other exams if somebody else writes my essays.

Anyways... I herd about customessay.com in Toronto Canada. The fact that the company physically exists and I could drop in and order my essay, assured me more to trust them and their services. Their prices are very high and I was ready to pay as long as they could provide me with a well-written essays. I paid $420 for 2 essays and all I got was essays that were not custom essays, means they were written previously for other students whose essays' topics were similar to mine. I detected this by copying and paste the whole essays on the web and I got that the essays were not custom essays and I was scammed by both writers and the company by seeing the copy of my essays online. I brought this issue to Derek and Ela the company's owners, and despite my evidence, they denied it in a very unprofessional manner by raising their voice and fighting.

Derek, the owner, said that I am making accusation against their writers and I am the one who has posted the essays on the web and trying to get my money and the service through plagiarism and scamming accusation. I was shocked how this company scams people and gets away with it in a country like Canada that you find it hard to believe to be scammed by companies like this which physically exist and also get away with the scam. All I can say is to stay away from scam customessay.com in Toronto Canada.

I have personally experienced this, and it's as shocking as for you, it is for me too! But I ordered my essays with them in person, means I went to their office which is located on Yonge st. Toronto and I paid with my credit card for the essays. Derrick, the owner is a big scam and lire. He lies about the quality of his service, writers and 30 years which he has been operating his company with high customer satisfaction. I fell for his lies and believed that because the company has a physical existence, then it should their services should be valid and reliable. Several times I decided to sue them and apply legal way to get my money back from them, but I was discouraged by the long legal procedure in here.

He was saying that he is #1 in Canada and his writers are all master and PHD levels.... wow, how they make sure people or beter say victims fall for their lies! Because you didn't "found" them. If you want them to be well-founded instead of unfounded, you need to provide evidence. That's all "unfounded" means--it doesn't mean "untrue," it means "Having no foundation or basis in fact." Provide the factual basis/foundation, and teh claim becomes founded.

I am an academic writer, and I checked out their site: bizarrely, they have actually put up examples of their essays that you can read. Ahem, being as kind as I can, these essays were OBVIOUSLY not written by a specialist in any subject other than "cut-and-paste"/"spellcheck", with no insight or understanding into the subject at all, and less knowledge of academic essay structure than a unicellular organism. My neighbours cat has more insight into dualism than whoever wrote that sophomoric piece. Don't walk, run.

This company is also in the business of illegally collecting personal information through the guise of their sign up page. They request countless verification documents for both the order and payment process. They demand valid government picture ID for some reason. These demands to me, reek of privacy invasion and possible identity theft for possible credit or financial fraud. Never submit your ID to them for any purpose. No company will require you to submit ID when your identity is easily verified during the payment process in a safe and digitized way.

We have thankfully been rid of the company. The domain name isnow up for sale. So they finally went out of business. Another pandemic casualty perhaps? It is nice to see that these scam companies manage to erase themselves from existence. They always end up screwing themselves, leaving the students traumatized and fearful of ever hiring a writing service again. This is the best revenge they can have over the company.
