@ CIte: When you live in a world of padding orders, doxxing customers, fining writers, etc. I'd imagine you just see 100% positive reviews as a trick-- but even then, you have to do some research. You can just type some paranoid, personal vitriol out and say "for sure" at the end. This isn't a fiction forum, and you have been warned about libel here before.

I have actually met some students who have used the services of this company. They seem partially satisfied with the service most of the time. They mainly complain about how the QAD of the company does not seem to be paying attention to their jobs. They often receive papers with some missing information, lacking in accurate references, as well as spelling and sentence formation errors. Since the company does not sell their services cheaply, the students have high expectations of the service. Instead, they are left to deal with unresponsive writers and a client support department that earnestly listens to their problems and complains, then tells them that they cannot do anything about it until a formal complaint is filed. Then it will take about 2 weeks for a resolution. Not exactly the kind of company that a student would want to deal with for a full semester.

Sounds like a refund delay scheme to me. Btw, is this what passes for "research" to you? Looks like you did an informal survey with no info about sample size, no reproduction of the questions asked, no actual results that can be quantified or examined... and no transparency about your process whatsoever.
