HELP! essayempire.com has not gone through with my orders!

I'm in a pickle and decided to use a paper writing service for 2 papers, I ordered on march 26 with a due date of march 31, I even had them to it in High School format (I was planing on editing them, just needed the basic body text) but the 30th came and I had not received word from them, so I contacted them and no reply, contacted again threatening credit dispute and they told me it would be done in 3 hours...that was 5 hours ago.

Not only have they failed to make the deadline, they've pretty much taken my money and ran with it, have not received any more replies

Why in the world would you choose that site? Firstly, their price of $9.99 is a dead giveaway that they use foreign, low-paid writers. Secondly, they claim to have a Federal trademark (TM) on "EssayEmpire." According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (as of March 31, 2009), no such trademark exists.

Hint to all members:

If you see a "TM" or "?" symbol on a site, you can find out if the owner is a flat-out liar by searching for the trademark here:

If a site falsely claims to own a trademark, don't even think about doing business with it.

Is anyone familiar with this website from a consumers point of view? Prices are low but do they know how to write in academic English if they are foreign writers?

Students have to keep in mind that their deadline is hard-set and therefore, the communication schedule of the writing company should be reliant on the time-frame that the student sets. That means, if the student places an order with a 4 day deadline, he should expect communication from his writer within 24 hours, the paper should be turned in no later than 72 hours later to allow for revision requests. If the student has not heard back from the company or writer within 48 hours, it is time to cancel the order, put a stop payment on it, or do a chargeback. Look for another company. Your paper is definitely going to miss the deadline. That seems to be the scheduling system for the scam companies so the students should be aware of the timing scam the companies try to pull on the students.

Nothing has improved with this writing company. The problems remain the same because of their cheap prices and little educated ESL writers. The company is not focused on delivering quality products to the students because the ones that hire them do so without considering how the cheap costs may affect the final product. Just like any item you buy these days, anything below a certain amount should be considered disposable. The same applies to writing quality. The cheap costs entice students to sign up for the service. I can only assume that they know that no professional ENL writer will agree to work for such low CPP rates. The rates are the first red flag that warns the students of ESL writers being employed.
