Do not use this company! I had a basic compare and contrast assignment for my grad class and I gave them a week to complete and $206. It was due Thursday, they were supposed to complete it Monday...they tell me SUNDAY NIGHT that it has not been assigned and that I would need to extend the deadline and resubmit. HELLO??? I am not the professor! I am now in crisis mode! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

That is 100% nonsense. "Daniel" (an ESL Ukrainian using a fake, "American" name) and his fraudulent comrades have been using that bulls-i* response for years. They can't justify their own lies and consumer fraud, so they try to redirect negativity onto the people who are exposing them. It's quite pathetic, actually.

And the most funniest thing their customer service respond. It is actually 3-4 minutes; and this Ukrainian comrade is always something copy/pasted to me how good they are and legal. But by the end of a day they even cannot provide any information about their company.

I mean the best try guys is to buy from any individual custom-essay service a piece of a paper with 1,500 words essay and photocopy it and compare their services. But hell yeah forget about ukrainian-essay.com lol..

I ordered my paper in January with them and paid over a thousand pounds to them. It has now been 1 month and a half and my deadline is in two weeks but so far they haven't told me anything, as in they didn't even assign a writer yet. Is there any chance of them finishing it in the remaining two weeks or should I start the procedure of claiming my money back already? Any advice?

The company is known for giving students expensive lessons in the art of the scam. They work best in not delivering on their overpriced papers. There are other cheaper scam companies out there that students willing to part with their allowances could work with. Things have gotten so bad for this company that they set up an alternative company, charged less, then went around telling people the other company, which charges less, is the better deal. All while telling people why they should not go with the mother company for their orders. They don't just screw the clients, they are screwed up themselves !

It depends on the project. To anybody in a similar situation, you don't have any right to dispute the charge until your deadline passes without delivery. Whether or not it can be done in the remaining two weeks, they should still have procedures for responding to your emails and for updating you. Once the deadline passes without delivery, you can disput the charge based on the agreed upon deadline havin been an essetial element of the agreeent.

When a writing company fails to assign a writer to an order after 24 hours, it is time to consider cancelling your placement. The lack of assignment within 24 hours means the company does not have a qualified writer to handle your paper. They put it into the server for the writers pool consider and bid on, but nobody is bidding on it. Maybe it is because the price per page is too low or, the paper requirements are beyond their abilities. Either way, the order should be cancelled as soon as possible to avoid any scamming on the part of the writing company.

First, if you're dealing with a legitimate essay company in the first place, the fact that a new order might remain on the assignment board after 24 hours usually just means that their writers might consider it too difficult to justify taking it for the posted payout. If anything, it's probably a good thing that it doesn't get snatched up immediately, because, if nothing else, it might mean nothing more than that their writers don't grab any project to put out garbage. When I wrote for essay companies from 2003 through 2013, it was typical for difficult and complex projects to remain on the board for a while, until the company either increased the payout or contacted a few of its best writers to offer (only) us the project at a higher payout rate than posted.

Second, if you already made the mistake of paying a scam company, asking to cancel the order and return your money after payment is useless, because scammers and criminals never issue "refunds" for any reason. If you review the dozens of threads on this forum about blackmail, you'll find that many of those situations were precipitated, precisely, by requests to cancel projects before they were written. If you're dealing with a scam company, the only difference it makes to request a refund shortly after payment is the nonsensical "justification" they provide for their blackmail threats. Legitimate essay providers simply issue refunds in those situations, as long as they haven't actually started work on the project involved. Depending on when you request to cancel in relation to the order/payment date, and (much more importantly), the due date, you'll get a partial refund after a fair deduction for any work actually done on the project to date, along with whatever portion they already completed, because the customer rightfully owns whatever portion of the work the company has already completed and for which it has refused to cancel the fair portion of the payment associated with that completed work.
