I will ruin this damn rat...
I have made an order yesterday. A very simple research paper on Indian elephants. Any kid could have written it...My son had a game last evening, so I decided to take this burden away from his shoulders..
Anyways, the company I used before was too busy to take my order, so my friend suggested this JustFit he saw on Facebook...I paid with my credit card (thanks God), but my order never showed up as paid. I've written a message to the admin and after waiting for some time I have received a response saying: We have not received your payment~! I checked my balance and the sum of $53.85 was gone to Justfit! I asked the company to send me a rough draft in a couple of hours so that I know they are not a scam... here is the copy of the conversation:

Please, calm down. You are not going to be scammed, though we will need your assistance in order to resolve the situation.
I have checked our payment accounts and I cannot see your money. The payment did not went through. So does our Instant Payment Notification system says as well.
So, in order to resolve this, we need you to call your bank and ask them for the status of your payment. It is not enough just to check your balance. You need a bank representative to check the status of the payment and tell you.
Most probably (provided your balance changed), the payment was for some reason put on hold by your bank. Usually, it happens for security reasons, though you should clarify it with your bank representative in person.
Also, you may contact PayPal and check if their system has a payment for your name, though I have checked it too and got a negative result.
We will be able to deliver a rough draft within 2 hours after the payment is received. Until then our system will not let me process the order any further. So, the sooner you find out what is wrong with your transfer, the sooner you will get a draft of your paper.

I understand your concern, but I can do nothing. And your tone will not resolve anything.
We have not received your money and it is up to your bank to tell you why. If you want to report a fraud, you can contact PayPal where you made an actual payment, and they will tell you that there was no payment received from you.
I can suggest you a compromise. I will contact your writer in person and will tell him about your order. He will jot down the draft within 2 hours, though if we do not get the payment by then, we will not be able to deliver it to you.
This way you will have 2 more hours to resolve this issue. What do you say?

Lets be honest here. I have no idea why you cannot reach us by phone, because it is on and working. Also, I have no idea why the chat is offline for you, because it is fully functioning. Besides, I have no idea why you cannot contact PayPal and find out the payment you claim you made was never processed.
I have tried reaching you by phone and the number you left was the one of British Cheese Association. Also, I never found your facebook account to contact you this way, so I have no idea how you learnt about us on facebook (which you claim you did).
I see that you do not want to assist us in resolving this issue and therefore we can do nothing here. If you want to make this public, we cannot stop you, because you will not get any draft unless we have this order paid.
