legal action against masterpapers/customessays

most of you are talking and attacking masterpapers and customessays without proof. I, on the other hand, have the proof required to take them to the cleaners and I will. i do not have a mountain of evidence against them but, several mountains. The documentation I possess will be in the hands of the relevant authorities on Monday 23rd, 2008. Subsequent to that, universities will be contacted ...

Students - stay away. When Alex decides to get on the wrong side of a writer, that writer can bring the house of cards down.

In all objectivity, however, I can confirm that Sean, Jessica, Melissa and Lori are top-notch. The least said about the rest, especially, Alex, the better

Agree with you. Yes, Alex is the worst, because his English is better and highly abusive. Others cannot express themselves. I know of at least three Jessicas there. It is a terrible company. Who is better? The partially paying Master papers or the total amount grabbing Projects1stclass? Both are equally bad. As we get partially paid by Masterpapers, we continue to work and make bigger fools of ourselves.

Take a peak at my posts.

Connection between Alexey and Yuri (aka, "Yuriy"):

Ukrainian-language ResearchEdge.net is currently attached to an IP address (68.178.243.77) leased by Alexey (MasterPapers.com, CustomEssays.co.uk, Academia-Research.com, etc.), but a 2005 Whois record for ResearchEdge.net contains the current business address for Yuri's "Universal Research LLC" (bestessays.com, superiorpapers.com, essaywriters.net, etc.):

Domain: researchedge.net

Similarly, a 2005 WHois record for Academia-Research.com displays "Dan" as the registrant:

Domain: academia-research.com
Cache Date: 2005-12-22
Registrar: ENOM, INC.
Registrant Contact:
Academia-Research.com
Dan Quintana (academia_research@yahoo)

Hmmm, quite interesting. This verifies the connection between Alexey, Yuri, and Olga. Birds of a feather, apparently.

If Alexey thinks that he and his company are immune to legal rulings in the United States because he is located in Ukraine, he is mistaken. What he obviously fails to recognize is that all of his domains have been registered by AMERICAN registrars and they are hosted on AMERICAN servers. Therefore, it's highly likely that--if Alexey refuses to pay a monetary award to a victorious plaintiff--all of Alexey's sites can be seized as part of collections against a monetary judgement by a United States District Court.

Here's a very pertinent quote from FastCompanyFormation that is directly relevant to Alexey's operation of MasterPapers.com LLC (a Ukrainian-owned site with an "American" address in Albany, New York):

". . . a US Corporation automatically raises the idea of wealth, power and competence."

Not to mention the fact that as he presents himself as Alex Wesson, he is in violation of employment laws - employers are not allowed to misrepresent their identity.

I had no idea that there were three Jessicas!

Alex Wesson (what a joke) challanged the wrong person

When an employee leaves, the replaced employee takes the same name and behaves like a person suffering from amnesia. They are all right. It is people like Alex and Sean who make you lose your will to live. Please don't remind me of these two companies. I feel sick thinking about the lost, hard-earned money.

competence! what a joke! you should see the English language level of most of the writers. The transcripts I have make for an amazingly funny read - maybe they could serve as the basis of a new Borat (Sacha Baron Cohen) movie :)

I see - that makes a great deal of sense! now I know why I had to begin most correspondences as if for the first time!

I am definitely going ahead with the lawsuit, anyone wants to join in?

Would have joined. But I deleted their existence from my files as both companies were hurting me like recurring nightmares.

I'll be the avenger then :) Was investigating their tax status and can confirm that masterpapers.com, etc. should pay taxes on all income generated in Australia, UK and US - that's the law. Assuming that they do pay their taxes (tongue in cheek), informing the relevant authorities should not be a problem for them :)

their tax status

I am sure they pay the tax as a well-known company. Changing the writers' names is not criminal either. But they can definitely get caught for cheating the writers, if you know how to tackle the issue. I didn't.

Please post more proof. My research shows MasterPapers, academia-research (Alexey) is behind the criminal attacks against their competitors.

No, you did not. The trumped up evidence that you had against the companies were worthless because these were all based on fiction. Anybody can manufacture evidence. Not everybody can prove the evidence supports accusations. You are one of those people. When evidence is not supported by facts, the accusers end up with egg on their faces. The companies you mentioned are both still going strong and you, are probably permanently out of a job right now because of your knack for falsehoods and imaginary claims of being wronged.

How does Academia-Research and its affiliate companies manage to stay in business with such crappy services from their ESL and 3rd world writers? Their Writer's exam is a laugh and they do not have any actual quality control to speak of within their company. Do not believe that these companies are independent of Academia-Research. That is the main company that holds the main server. All the other sites are redirected to their Academia server once the order has been successfully placed. Do not put your confidence in any of their companies. They are sued on a regular basis and often found guilty in court. The problem is enforcing the penalty.

I don't know anything about the company, but, in general, companies that provide horrible work stay in business by emphasizing aggressive advertising through social media and flashy websites to lure in an endless supply of first-time/last-time disappointed customers. Legitimate companies and writers who provide the good work that their customers are hoping to find rely on the quality of their work to turn every new customer into a a regular long-term client. It's a totally different business model.
