I don't think Personal Term Paper cares whether or not you order from them. If you don't like that site for whatever reason, just move on and stop grasping at straws--it only makes you seem like a crony of a competing site.

why would someone file a report against a site JUST like that? customer satisfaction is always an issue, but just claiming someone is making false complaints is stupid. i dont have ANY dislike for Term Paper Writer.

I just explained several reasons that customers occasionally get so mad they retaliate by filing false charges. Why would you assume that a single nasty five-year-old complaint is necessarily valid, especially against a company that provided about 70,000 papers during that same time period? Wouldn't you expect more than ONE complaint if the company were a scam? Isn't it much more LIKELY that it's from a single customer who had a gripe or was just too stupid to check his credit card account for the refund from a paper that was never actually charged because no writer ever took it off the writers' board?

How do you explain the lack of complaints from the OTHER 69,999 customers?

If you're so sure that Term Paper Writers, quick papers, and advanced dissertations are all fraudulent, I already told you how to test out your theory very easily: cough up the lousy $20 or so for a 1-pg paper from any of them and see what happens. If you also want to test me in particular, just request me on any of those sites.

I have been reading these posts over the last few days in the hopes of determining who will get a crack at writing my research paper. I decided to give Term Paper Writers a try. While I would like to trust Freelance Writer with the assignment, due to the medical nature of the article I will let the Company find my writer and shall report back to this forum on the results they achieve. I would like to thank all, antagonist and protagonist alike, that diligently, nay feverishly, work to educate us on the quality and worth of these sites. May you prosper in all your endeavors. Kaz, are you the 20-pg dexmedetomidine paper? That's probably out of my depth but I do plenty of other medical issues...more ethics/legal/historical/policy/nursing stuff than syntheses of technical research articles. I used to write fulltime for HHS-OIG.

Mod, why does this moron, lostsaad, get to keep posting false accusations and false claims of certain people being "exposed" when that is absolutely NOT the case? All members should be held to the same standard--provide reputable, third-party evidence to support your accusations or your post gets deleted.

I've used Term Paper Writing a few times now. Sometimes their work is great, sometimes it is sub-par. I will however say it does pass through turnitin.com

How is my post a promotion? Someone posted saying the Term Paper Writers site was down and I visited the site and said it is not. I then reiterated the mod's post about NOT recommending companies, including TPW. That's not a promotion is any way, shape or form. In fact, in the part of my post that you didn't quote, I pointed out that there are multiple legit companies that I have worked with personally.

And again, I'm not Russian and I'm not WB, but you'll just keep repeating the lie b/c you don't actually care about being honest or providing any proof to back up your statements.

Good point EW. I make the point about my background simply in the interest of accuracy. I have a rather interesting ethnic background and a heritage that I'm proud of, it just does not include any folks in Russia.

And we bought Transporter one on blueray b/c that is one of those movies that watches well on blueray, but haven't seen 2 or 3. Not sure I could sit through another of those, my good wife watching crappy action movies quota fills up pretty quickly.

if some1 complains about a website scam, WB never asks for proof for tht particular site, but when it comes to Term Paper Write, she gets wild, ferocious and irritated , then she ask that person for proof as she is not ready to hear anything bad about TPW then she claims that she has nothing to do with TPW......i dont understand why she s so interested with TPW related discussions. why cant you stay out of it...

Gini, I initially thought that but then I went through a great deal of the posts in an attempt to better educate myself on the situation. I discovered that your assumption (which had been mine as well for a short time) was not true. She does not defend ET per se nor does she attack others for the sake of it. Instead, she presents evidence of fraud and requests that prior to any of us engaging in negative comments about any website, to make sure that it is substantiated.

Gini - WB attacks the Ukrainian and foreign sites who pose as American and British; she attacks their owners because they conceal their true identity. She is not opposed to non-native English speaking individuals being in the business but in their lying about who they are. I, and countless others, support her in that. When a company lies about 1) ownership; 2) national affiliation; 3) physical location; 4) writer academic qualifications and 5) writer linguistic proficiency, then it should be outed. Any company which lies and deceives customers (as does master papers, etc. etc) is fraudulent and is acting from without the bounds of consumer law.

Pls provide the names of websites which were said to be fraudulent without the presentation of substantiating evidence ... if the accusation was made without evidence, I am almost certain that forum members shot it down.

And, once and for all ... why is everyone so bloody obsessed with Term Paper Writers? If any of you have proof against it, publish that proof ... if not, then stop slinging mud at it just coz its successful.

i appreciate her contribution for exposing Ukrainian n other fraudulent sites, but the thing is that no1s obsessed with essay writer....as i came to this forum to know about the legit site, though money is no issue for me but the grade as i was going through this forum i ve observed her bias behavior for TPW...since she s always defending Term Paper Writers though ppl are complaining about it...well you can see in this discussion too and many other the way she s attacking ppl who are complaining about TPW....she usually gets hyper when it comes to TPW....there has been numerous personal attacks amde by WB ..such as abusing ..making fun of ppl english....

Gini - believe me, were you to read the majority of the threads, you will discover that if she comes off as strongly defensive, it is because she is repeatedly accused (without evidence) of being the owner of this forum as well as that of TPW. Even her nationality is called into doubt by forum members - the majority of whom want to bring her down and discredit her because she is exposing their companies as fraudulent.

Believe me gini - I do not know writers beware and have no ulterior motives in defending her ... I am just telling you the situation as I understand it from my reading of most of the threads. The woman publishes evidence and they call her a liar; she posts hyperlinks which expose some sites as fraudulent so readers may check the evidence themselves, and she is immediately accused of owning TPW; she argues that people who do not have a strong command of English have no business working as writers and she is called "Russian." Wouldn't you be angry if you were in her position?

I'm sure that Freelance Writer and any other members who have worked for TPW and/or RS for many years will gladly vouch that the companies have offices in both California and New Jersey. I also know for a fact that this it true because I had a friend in New Jersey personally visit their New Jersey office! (You know, just like I had others visit YOUR fake, "American" addresses.) Do you have ANY proof whatsoever that such is NOT the case about TPW? No, you don't. I and others, on the other hand, have posted verifiable proof that YOUR company is based in Ukraine, yet you LIE about being American. You're comparing apples to oranges. So, once again, I invite you to shut up and stop posting misinformation just because YOU lie to consumers and you want to drag down your American competitors. I am no more "anonymous" than anybody else on this forum. I haven't "peddled" anything since being reprimanded for it. I only mention the sites for whom I work in response to completely untrue statements (mostly from you) that contradict my first-hand knowledge of how those companies conduct business.

But since you asked, I'm a full-time freelance writer born, raised, and educated in NYC; my formal undergraduate degrees are in History and Psychology and my graduate degree is in U.S. Law. I used to work as a Writer-Editor for the Office of Inspector General of a very large U.S. federal agency in the Manhattan regional office and I have written for about half a dozen of the best essay companies in the business since 2003. I am married to a professional singer who used to be an exotic dancer, we live in NYC, and we have a cat. As WB has repeated several times, TPW publishes its address right on its websites and they are physically located in New Jersey. I wasn't aware of any California offices, but I'll take WB's word for it.

I bought an essay from Personal Term Paper a few months ago and it was s*i*. To be honest I'm considering legal action, as they refused a refund and the supposed essay was a joke. How do I go about getting revenge for such a terrible service?

On a completely unrelated subject, what's up with the never-ending defamation against TPW by morally bankrupt competitors posing as "defrauded TPW customers"? Strangely, every time I ask them to provide proof to support their trumped-up accusations, so that I may vigorously attack Personal Term Paper Writer if the accusations are proven true, I get no response.

I'm preparing to publish all my proof about the disreputable fraud that is Personal Term Papers.

Until then, I thought the purpose of this forum was to highlight cases of sites that completely rip off students? Term Paper Writers is far from the only bad site, but it does seem to be the only one that, when accused of being a scam site, Writers Beware gets all hot under the collar about.

Funny-br104497 signed-up purporting to be a "customer" looking to buy a paper. He asked a calculated, "promotional setup" question (which we have all seen in this forum 10,000 times) about a 13-day-old, utterly non-existent-via-basic-keyword-search site, 24houressay.co.uk. Clearly, he/she is not a "customer." In actuality, I believe him/her to be the promoter/owner of 24houressay.co.uk. In fact, his username here, "br104497" reflects the initials of the REGISTERED OWNER of 24houressay.co.uk, Ben Roberts. (I bet you didn't anticipate me catching that one, did you, B-boy?)



All coincidences? I seriously doubt it. More likely, br104497 is pissy because I quickly OUTED his previous scam attempt and now he's frustratingly/irrationally trying, for some reason, to lash out at ET like countless other scammers.

If that is the case, post your order number (any proof that you are or ever were a customer) and put up the essay on the board ... What you are accusing Term Paper Writer of is quite serious (violation of the sales of services contract you entered into with them, compounded with their subsequent refusal to refund you), if true. If it is not true, that also is quite serious ...
