This is my experience of liveperson.
I contacted "Elizabeth Scott" about getting an essay written for me. She said it was more her husband's area so passed it on to him. She said his name is "Donald Turner" and he is on Liverperson too as D_Turner.
Anyway I paid $200 and received my essay. I read through the essay and it sounded great so I paid and left positive feedback. A couple of hours later I started to wonder if the essay wasn't a bit too good .... and sure enough it was as it had been extensively plagiarized (as in entire paragraphs) from published academic articles available on the web.
I can't get my money back from Liveperson.com so I'm just posting this as a warning to others. Donald Turner's credentials - shown below - look great but he obviously has no scruples about selling someone elses academic endeavors as his own work. I've sent a complaint to what he says is his university too and suggested that they take a closer look at his submitted work - who knows whether anything he has posted on his profile is true though.

As an update: I've been told that I can dispute the transaction with liveperson even though I've paid.
So I have now asked them to amend the "expert's" rating as I now know the essay was plagiarized and I've also asked live person to make a refund.
I'll post how it goes.
As an update, the rating was changed within 24 hours to show the lowest rating possible - the comment was also changed to say that the essay had been extensively plagiarized. I got an e-mail yesterday from Liverperson to say that I had been refunded in full to my paypal account and I got notification of a credit to my account from paypal.
I am really pleased with the way Liveperson has dealt with this. I panicked when I'd paid, and then realized that I'd been scammed, that I wouldn't be able to get a refund but it has all been sorted out without any hassle.
