MasterPapers.com "Certificate of Incorporation" = Ripoff Scam

What a joke! They are pulling out all the stops to rip people off. However, they will fool very few people if I have anything to say about it. The fact that they have published such articles means absolutely nothing.

Master IncorporationAnyone--and I do mean ANYONE--can register an LLC in the United States, even if the person actually lives in Ukraine (like the people behind fraudulent MasterPapers.com and Academia-Research.com). It's as simple as paying an online service like BizFilings.con to create the LLC for you. They take care of the entire process for only $319! The MasterPapers crooks in Ukraine simply provided an online incorporation service like BizFilings with a FAKE name and a fake business address in New York.

"Sean" at MasterPapers, guess what? You are fooling nobody.

The con-artists claim that this is their address:

41 State Street
Suite 106
Albany, New York 12207

What a load of baloney. Forty-one State Street is THE prime office building in Albany. It houses the New York Department of State! Way to go, "Sean," you treacherous slime bag from Ukraine. This failed deception is almost as pathetic as when you listed "The Empire State Building" as your address at Academia-Research.com:

MasterPapers.com - more proof

They advertise in a UKRAINIAN langauge search engine with their Ukrainian paper mill buddies:

Here's some advice: learn how to spell and punctuate!

And I'd say grammar as well.

in a UKRAINIAN langauge

You're laughing at a typo? Wow, you're pathetic.

FYI, the placement of the "a" is quite correct in the English language, but, as a Ukrainian crime promoter, you wouldn't understand that.

Did I mention that you're pathetic?

There are probably legitimate reasons for such a document filing. I am guessing it mostly has to do with tax filings. The company lawyer probably worked on it. What really puzzles me is the ineptness of the government agency. They should be verifying the office address at the very least before approving any applications.

I am not sure what is wong with getting a certificate of incorporation in this case. Anyone who is in business looks for various ways to add to the legitimacy of the business identity. This is just one more way of doing that. I don't think it is right to look upon the business owner negatively for exploiting an opportunity presented by government inadequacies. If the opportunity is there, wouldn't you take advantage of it?
