Although this company is given in the SC DND list, I cannot skip to state that it's actually an India-based company. There are a number of ads thrown over the Internet (on Indian websites) by some Julia to hire Indian writers.

This Julia tag is just a mask. The real guy behind it is the one who has already made quite a few spamming posts on this forum.

There are lots of these kinda service providers but it depends on the coordination between us (students) and the company.

Hi, did anyone get there money refunded from these guys?

I paid $290 for help with a finance assignment. They took my money and then said not to worrry and that the assignment will arrive in my inbox.

Nothing cam till due date. I was told the assignment would be there by 9am. It didnt. When I started a chat with an operatorp - the time changed from 9 am to 11am and then to 'wait for 2 more hours' and then to ' 5 more hours'. They didnt send me any emails , I had to keep starting a live chat. They didnt reply to any of my emails.

The the same operator who told me not to worry then sent me a nice finishing line - some like " I am only a sales staff you need to take it up with the writer" The writer was ofcourse uncontactable.

This is was a painful experience for me - it was the first time i tried to get help like this due to my circumstances. I am tring to defer my course.

I paid through paypal so I am trying to get a refund but I was wondering if anyone else managed to have some success and get their money back.

Absolute scam. Raise a dispute with PayPal. The company sent me threatening emails saying they will publish the work if I didn't close the dispute. I didn't and escalated the dispute immediately. Am expecting a FULL REFUND thanks to PayPal's great service within a few days.

Totes a scam site! I used this service about 3 weeks ago & was the worst ever! First advice : Always make payment through paypal.
Reason : Paypal has a dispute settlement clause. Here is what you should do.

Paypal will ask the website owner to answer the reason of this failure. Please note that it is important that you should mail every communication mails, chats to paypal to prove your point.

When the website owner is not able to defend your questions, paypal asks the owner to make a full payment back to your account or else paypal blocks the account and in addition to that files a police case against the owner.

I paid them in full as the chat person was very pushy and I am sort of a person who doesn't owe to anyone. Anyway my university level 7 paper was done by the writer and I was told he was a NZ PHD. When I recived the assignment I was in total shock, the work presented to me was if it was for fifth form accounting. I reported it immediately and they told me to write on the student area an ask to be reviewed which I did. I didn't get any response from the writer. Once I heard back from the writer and gave out specifics which NZIAS to use, he goes ok. He submitted the re written work 5 times but it was still the same and linking to case study, it was direct copy and paste. I looked at the word document and found the name of the person who wrote it. I wrote the assignment on my own.

I then submitted the same question to another company best tutors, the same name appeared. I asked him if he was involved with this company he denied and said that he had seen their work and it was a scammed company.

When I recived my marks and solutions I sent to Anurag both and told him about it and said I am cancelling the second assignment that I had submitted to him telling that I cant trust his work. He told me that he had found me another writer and he has MBA from Uk. he went so far to send me his fake CV which I inserted through the system and it came up as fake.

I would like to share my unpleasant experience with myassignmenthelp.com[DND*]
I requested a Lab report which includes some problems to be solved.
myassignmenthelp.com[DND*] claimed that they have an expert who can do it before the deadline.
The got back to me with a 10 pages report 100% copied from a thesis published online on 2010. The report they forward has nothing to do with the one I sent.

I have sent them the thesis and highlighted all the parts that copied and pastes in the report including the link. However they denied and insist that it is an original work that done by their expert. Furthermore they refused to refund and then they start threatening to hack my credit card and to report me to the educational institute and to send me viruses that can destroy my computer. Apart from the fact that their chat team was very rude.

Since it is not a homework, I did not care about them. I contacted the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ACCC and reported a SCAM from this website that includes all the threat.

I am also in a process to report it to the Action Fraud in the UK to get their report and send it to both PayPal and my Bank to stop sending the money to them and to issue a refund.

Since it is a service, Paypal can not provide an immediate refund. However they recommend to raise a dispute through the credit card issuer who is going to contact Paypal with all supportive evidences.

One important issue is that Paypal advised whoever is/was a victim of this particular seller to contact Paypal so they can cancel the account.

At this point I can confirm that the seller is going to be under investigation very soon
