Mycustomessay.com is fraudulent, and I suspect that chanhnam99 is likely an agent of the site.

The fake testimonials on the home page were all written by the same person. Anyone with a background in English language and/or linguistics will attest to that notion.

The ridiculously low prices are a dead giveaway that the site is NOT American, as it claims.

From the home page:
"MyCustomEssay is a US Registered Company, you are well protected under the Federal Consumer Welfare laws. For your own protection refrain from dealing with foreign sites."

That is 100% garbage. The site is NOT a registered company in the US. Therefore, its ripped-off customers are NOT protected by any US laws. Indeed, consumers SHOULD heed its warning to "refrain from dealing with foreign sites." Lying hypocrites!

Last--but certainly not least--is the registration information that proves the site to be owned by "Haruel Ebio" from the PHILIPPINES:

Remember, accusations need to be backed up by evidence. Otherwise this claim is coming from a competitor site whose salesperson forgot to recommend his company. Now that, is definitely not allowed.


Reframe the question to get around the recommendation, rule. Asking for an opinion is allowed, but not asking for a recommendation. Remember that and all will be well in this forum.

From what I have observed at this forum, a * D N D marking beside a company name is never good. That indicator usually accompanies a company name that is related to numerous service complaints at this discussion place. Perhaps it would be wise for students to take note of this and use it as one of the deciding factors when hiring a company? It is normally a good indicator of how a company deals with a student. Consider it a major warning sign and go from there. It never hurts to need a warning. It isn't like the student is being told not to hire them. Rather they are asked to exercise caution before doing so.
