The main complaints for the company come mostly from the sellers, who find themselves conned into selling their papers for peanuts, while the company gets the real money. Say they sell a paper for $25.00. The company then sends the seller a notification of the sale where they get less than $2 for their share of the sale. Fair deal? I don't think so. That is why the company is dying a slow financial death. Nobody wants to associate with them from the pre-written essay world anymore.
