The oxbridge-researchers (The Essayist) Delivered completely (100%) plagiarized paper?

I'm new here and it's my first time posting anything on this site, I used to come here to read what people say about companies etc till I decided to use The Essayist for my PhD thesis (well this is because I found a lot of positive feedback about them here).

Oxbridge ResearchAnyways to make the story short, I talked to HK about everything I need as I already done few chapters by myself and need someone to incorporate and develop my work\ideas. Hala initial idea was to rewrite the chapters that I've already done - for free & develop my ideas (I agreed on this as English is my second language, and for any native writers it won't be the best, I admit).

After we agreed to split the work into chapters so I can pay on monthly basis, I paid for the first 20 pages which almost makes a chapter (as I already done that chapter, it just needed some development) and as I said it would be rewrote for free. Anyways, after two months waiting I received two chapters, but what 100% plagiarized - the only work that was clean is my work. It didn't take me long to find out and notified Hala about it, she honestly agreed and gave me a full refund and also promised to do all my research for free as their policy: "No plagiarism or $15,000 and your research for free".

thessayist/Service_E_G.php

Again Hala promised to do all my research for free, but what about the $15,000? She didn't even mention this amount at all. Also what's about the time (2 months) waiting?

Now it's been a month since Hala promised to do my research for free, and I haven't got anything yet even she promised to deliver the work within a week!

So far I just got a plagiarized paper with promises to receive a free research but nothing about the $15,000 they promise on their website (also ignoring all/most of my emails since).

The question is, will I get the research as they promised and what about the 15,000 fine for plagiarism? - this will prove if they legit or not....

I will update your info if anything changed, and hope Hala would comment on this as well.

Cheers;

Ok....I am starting to see what is going on here.

Here are the facts...I will even send anybody the turnitin information.

On April 4 2010, Hussein Alfaraj placed a two month order for 20 pages. Within 5 days he was harassing us about his order being overdue. We informed him that it would be delivered by the deadline (2 months away...not 5 days as ordered). Harrasment continued and we told him that we would refund and cancel as a result.

He changed his tone and told us to continue as all he wanted was his dissertation. It is important to note that he agreed to pay in installments. So, he only paid for 20 pages but needed more than 60 first time around. We delivered the order by the deadline (20 pages...all he had paid for). Client subsequently stated that the order was plagiarised. We had checked our part through turnitin (20 pages) and it was not. The problem was his part of the order - the part that he wrote. Nevertheless, we offered him the work for free or the plagiarism bond. He replied by email that he wanted the work. He received it and this appears to be an attempt to claim the bond as well. It is a dishonest and failed attempt. We have refrained from publicly disclosing his details but should he continue to be untruthful, we will pursue this matter with his university and in court. These coordinated allegations are getting ridiculous. Actually we should just pursue this without any debate because this is blatant defamation. I always wonder how other legit sites manage to save their reputation from scammers like this.

So funny....

After they ignored my emails for a week (and a month since I found the plagiarism), they replied to me like couple hours after I post this complained. I also received few calls on my phone around 11:30pm (whilst I was in bed) - first one was threaten me if I don't answer my phone by tomorrow 'today' they would send the paper (I don't know what paper thu, the plagiarized one or a new paper thu) to my university/supervisors. Second massage (they left massages for me, I could record them and post here for judgment) was threaten me that they would contact my supervisors, my home county Higher Education etc because I chose to lie. See how they adhere to their police by threaten their customers just because someone complained about something... They put lot of policies there to not disclose customers info, name etc and now simply everything gone......lol

Anyways, they said my work was plagiarized (which is totally wrong) - I got all the emails from Hala and screen shots for everything I done. Even Hala agreed that I had the right to complain when I first informed her about the plagiarism (I got all the emails from her anyone can figure it out) - but I agreed with her not to bring the case here (to essayscam) as long as they gonna solve the issues and here where it started - they agreed to do the research for free (and they honestly refunded my money) but I haven't got any research after and they also ignored my emails - that's why I decided to bring my experiences here....

You can see guys, they don't care about there customer privacy nor adhere to what they guarantee - so lets bring it to court if they want.... They think I'm a lil kid who gonna be scared of supervisors etc lol..

Will keep ya updated with their threaten probably lol.

I should have added my comments to this thread but I found it after I started my own for Thessayist.com. I did not even get a plagiarized paper, I got NO paper. You can see my whole e-mail trail between me and Hala in the other thread -- my 7 day paper took a month to go no where. There was one point where Hala told me my paper had 1 hour and 53 minutes left in the plagiarism checker. (At that point, I got the "you have been duped" feeling in my gut.) 7 days beyond that e-mail I was still without any actual work from the service. I was ready to hear "the dog ate the thumb drive" in the next e-mail to me. But it did not happen, Hala stopped communicating with me. I now want to save other students the pain and expense of betting on thessayist.com. Don't do it. Really.

The company has contacted me and sent me information that confirms the research was posted on September 24th. I did not download or view the work. A credit to my charge card was issued per company policy. The company was derelict in their communication which led to our misunderstandings.

You can still start a chargeback with your credit card company if what you claimed above is true--they were weeks late in delivering the product, so you don't have to pay for it.

@Zandermus, HeHeHeHe....i wanted to test them and see whether they are as good as they claim to be. I had my reservations but i was pleasantly surprised.

But the company may as well be another "ESL garbage", lets wait for the verdict from the usual people. I would like to know more about this company anyway.

I very politely PM'ed you, expressed my doubt that you were ever a customer and told you that we have a very strict policy against customers leaving positive feedback. We do not engage in customer-fishing.

We may well be ESL garbage - only REAL customers know.

Mods -pls remove this idiot's posts. Recommendations are a direct violation of your policy.
