never heard of them.

not getting a response may not always be a bad thing. how long have you been trying? if it's just a couple of hours, that's not a reason to stress necessarily. did you try to call customer support?

however... why did you order from them? less than 8$ / page is a pretty good warning sign and their samples feature atrocious errors in grammar and format.

[Moved from]: BEWARE perfecttermpapers.com[DND*] (they don't answer me)

perfecttermpapers.com[DND*] SCAM, boy i wish i would've found this website first. I went by referral of toptermpapers.com. Perfectermpapers.com doesnt answer the phones, nor emails they claim to be 24/7 NOT!!!!! I ordered a 24 hour paper its been 36 hours no response and of course they charged my credit card. Im not representing any company Im just a person who got scammed.

OK update I recieved a paper 41 hours later, today. It was due last night at midnight so I did it myself last night and turned it in already and boy Im glad i did because this paper was a mess! I asked for a 6 page paper they gave me 13 pages of totally irrelevant information, i had specifically stated it was to be in three sections: why i chose the topic, background on the topic and legal implications. I got none of that instead it was off topic had very outdated resources 1999, 2000 statistics that are 10+ years old and irrelevant anyway to the topic. What a mess.

Please for those who are thinking of ordering an essay or term paper dont believe their websites find a good writer through word of mouth or by reviews and dont be fooled by the websites advertising "guaranteed to your specifictions, deadlines and 24/7 service" its a bunch of bologna.

Yes they are a scam!!!!! See my post

Well, that's the first clue that the "paper" is plagiarized.

I bet toptermpapers.com is connected to perfecttermpapers in some way. One thing I've found: These companies are incestuously intermarried.

For me, the big warning sign I see from my subcontractors and clients who report working with these companies is that the e-mail itself is filled with errors. How can a legitimate writing company hire public relations people who don't know how to write in the language of the client? What kind of professional company has e-mails that are formatted in an ugly way, misspelled, ungrammatical or employ bad syntax? Watch for that WAY before you agree to taking the paper.

Another piece of advice: Try calling their customer service line BEFORE you fill the paper. If they claim to have a 24 hour line yet they don't, that's a sign that, no matter what, they are dishonest at least in one location.

Sending emails and waiting for a response does not fall under the same category of sending a chat PM and having them ignore you. For emails, give the company up to 48 hours to respond to your inquiry due to the volume of communications that they receive on a daily basis. If it is a PM, then it is the writer's obligation to respond to you. A non response from your writer over 24 hours, then you can inquire about a refund from the company. That is usually enough to make them suddenly take your order seriously.

The URL leads to a page that indicates "Coming Soon". I take this reference as an indication that the company has changed management and will not be back to scamming students anytime soon. The company is still in existence. It just isn't accessible to students at the moment. Perhaps the new owners are still working on changes in management and client services. Something most companies do in an effort to erase the previous image of the company. Not all of them successfully do that though because the same problematic system stays in place for the new owner. I hope that the company does not come back. They have never had a stellar reputation anyway. The new owner bought a bad company and will lose his shirt if he tries to launch it.
