Positive Comments for a dissertation writing service?

Does anyone have any positive comments for a dissertation writing service? I understand recommendations are not allowed but any names for good submitted work so I can get a sample of their work? Preferably a UK company.

I know this is a first post, but you may want to look into the thread below.I am looking for something similar (mid-life crisis conflicting with school), and these two are the only sites I've found so far.

It's too bad there's a post count before PM's are allowed to be sent, or I would PM writers on here directly. Perhaps you could try that?

I Lost the link in copy&paste, but search for thread titled: "********* and Custompapers".

I just tried the website (custom essay, 3rd year level) for a 2-page assignment, to test if they would be up for an actual essay. 24hrs, really simple history assignment. Miserable fail:

1) Tense shifts randomly throughout;
2) Sentences were shifted to make way for large, sometimes illogical, words choices;
3) Very awkward writing style. I doubt English as a first language, or more than a HS Education;
4) I believe the author lives in America... as "we" and "us" is constantly used to represent the US;
5) Failure to capitalize proper nouns;
6) Awkward comma errors and other basic grammatical mistakes;
7) Padding. A couple issues, from bibliography refs to the simple word count -- or maybe his style is just that awkward; and
9) AWKWARD. The whole thing.

Anyways, I'll let you know how the (partial) refund goes, as (if this was being submitted) it would have the potential of maybe a D+ or C- after an hour of editing.

Grr. I think I need another site for help with one of the essays in a couple weeks.
To think I was going to give $400 to this site without testing them...

There are a lot of websites with "custom essay" in the name and/or URL--be more specific.

I believe the author lives in America... as "we" and "us" is constantly used to represent the US;

This wouldn't exactly be difficult to pretend, and is something scammers living in other countries might easily think of (it also has no place in an academic paper)

My apolgies for the lack of clarity. I was using *********.

Contacted their customer support, asked for a 60% refund. Their response was clear:

"We do not issue full refunds for completed orders. This was clearly
stated in our terms and conditions which you agreed to and
electronically signed. If there are issues with this order you can
submit a rewrite/modification request listing all of the problems, and
the writer will correct them immediately."

I sent them a final e-mail stating that I understood but would not use them again, and asked them to investigate the legitimacy of the writer's credentials.

And the search continues.

If the work is not good then they should be providing a full refund. Chase them up.

And the search continues.

Why, because you think that writers are infallible robots and prefer to refuse the FREE re-write that the company communicated to you--in advance--may very well be necessary as part of the process?

Why do you advertize to your clients there is a free rewrite if wanted? False advertising.
WritersBeware
Mar 30, 2011 | #9
First of all, you dimwit, I don't advertise anything anywhere. If you'd like to make an accusation, based on any type of evidence, I'd love to read it.

Secondly, the customer (and I) clearly stated that the company offered FREE re-writes. You even quoted my use of the word, "free."

You're right, and I'll openly admit that I did not give this company a chance provide a no-cost re-write, and that I (perhaps unfairly) am judging ET in general by one experience.

ET was disadvantaged in my choosing of the topic -- it was simple in nature, and would not require much time to complete. Because of this, it was easily completed by myself before the deadline (their deadline was 8hrs before mine). Unfortunately for ET, they were left judged by our interaction above.

I will continue looking, as I need to be able to trust that whomever I give my actual deadline to will produce a quality product the first time around. I would think a better final product would result from not padding deadlines, especially the sort that would be required for an actual paper. Sorry, ET.

Edit -- Response to HKGuy1:
Getting any sort of refund is not a priority. I could care less about "chasing them up". I was well aware of this risk before payment.

Well hope you find the right people this time. I have had a very good experience with one company in the UK. I can't name them because recommendations are now allowed and people might think I am employed by them although i would be happy to upload my payment receipt from the bank of China to prove that I am not.

I guess you only know how good/bad a company is after you have used them

I tried specializedessays.co.uk. Gave them a dissertation of 12,000 words. They were good. atleast I got something what I had paid for. they allowed me to pay in 2 installments. One at the time of order and second before the order is delivered. They kept me updated week by week with my dissertation.

well, it doesn't matter to what you say. I tried it, I got 2:1 and I'm satisfied. You are being just blind about everyone. Its not like that for everyone. :) So be positive. Test the website by giving them 2 pages or 3 pages with their minimum rate and judge them. I tried this as I was also worried about scams, and it was not bad so I gave them dissertation. :)

Believe it or not, it worked for me. I don't care what others think. I earned it. It was just an opinion I shared, not suggesting anything :)

okay, I get it. this forum has been developed just to speak bad about every website. Pessimist people are welcomed here. :) Good, I'll stay quite as I'm not so cynical.

Nope. Just the bad ones. And we're not supposed to talk about the good ones. The point is exposing scams, not promoting businesses.

Good, I'll stay quite as I'm not so cynical.

Or so good at spelling, proofreading, knowing when you got scammed....there are a lot of things you're not good at. Admitting you have a problem is the first step.

Try to check dissertation samples on every site you meet on Google and make your choice.

Yes, and don't be surprised if you find the same dissertation sample after every 15-20 sites you visit.

Are there any good writing services? It seems every company is a scam.

Every company on my list has been negatively reviewed.

This is amazing!

Actually, I am a freelance writer and offer my services through several writing sites. While I cannot speak for other writers, I have never had any customer complaints. My policy, as a writer, is to maintain constant contact with my clients via either e-mail or telephone.

Many services prefer that the client and writer not have direct contact. Often this is the writer's stipulation, not the service's. As I often edit other writer's work, because I am not qualified to write dissertations, I have found that PhDs tend to be rather prissy and don't want bothered by the client.

I can say that the sites I work closely with (especially concerning dissertation orders), when the writer prefers not to maintain contact, they have seen that this makes the client nervous and seems distrustful. As such, I, as the editor and coordinator, maintain contact between the writer and the client.

If a site you are interviewing for writing services does not offer constant contact - move on to the next! Here is a list of the sites I work with as a writer:

// removed per author's request //

I can personally guarantee your satisfaction if I am involved with your order. It is impossible for me to speak for the 100s of other writers associated with the site. But I can say that I have always been paid for work performed and do not even submit for payment until the customer is 100% happy.

Hope this helps!

Wow, so very clever . . . . By the way, I did not suggest that you douche (verb). I clearly stated that you are the douche (noun).

Obviously, your attention to detail and research skills are quite poor:

The moderator will rightfully move your spamming garbage to the non-public scrap heap where it belongs.

My reply was merely a play on words - no attention needed. I'll end this ridiculous back-and-forth repartee now.

Point 12. taken...but how was the question to be answered fully without listing the sites I know are not scams?

"please just tell me 1 single company that can write my essays without having any worries?"

Is this not supposed to be a place to let folks know not only scams but legitimate sites as well? I can't see the difference between the 1,000s of posts that list a site as a scam and answering a question that requires the listing of a site...maybe that's just me.

If I could, I would delete that portion of my post just to shut you up - and to show good faith that this is truly NOT a spam response.

To any members that are reading this far down in the forum...please forgive that I felt it necessary to include site names in my response. I'm trying to figure out how to remove the entire post, as it clearly violates forum policy. My intent was pure, but as it has been pointed out, my execution could be misconstrued as spammy.

Accept my apologies...

Apology accepted. I wonder how come you did not go through the ToS on this forum before exploding with the useful information for the avid inquirer.

However, it is expected that the same will not be repeated.

You are correct! I even went so far as to report myself...Thanks for understanding...Not sure why I didn't read ToS - as I am usually very careful to abide by the rules. I suppose getting the information to the original questioner was important and I jumped the gun.

You CAN'T guarantee their quality (or spell guarantee), because you wouldn't know quality English writing if it smacked you in the face.
