I recently paid for Literature review at professionaldissertationhelp.co.uk and I had searched for them previously but couldn't find any reviews or complaints about them on internet, because they were on the top of the website and offering pay pal service I assume that they sound OK which was my biggest mistake, nywayz I didnt want the whole essay , I only need help with literature review I have been told will get research within 4 days its over 7 days now , I tried to contact but kept ringing no answer, and I tried on (live chats) but it saying no operators are available. I tried different computer from my friend house and operator was available soon I asked him something they realized it was me and chat window crash automatically with a message saying its a technical fault please try later. I have been told they are UK based company but when I paid it shows the US address on receipt. However they have used .co.uk domain and they are on the top of the Google page aswell which is quite interesting. PLEASE BE-CAREFUL THEY WILL TAKE MONEY AND WILL NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND.

Please guys, i know we are in need of assistance and usually quite urgently, but I urge you all not to go with agencies that you have not seen good reviews for. Otherwise you are taking a big risk, and acting as the 'guinea pig'. I take my work so seriously, I would be completely mortified with such an experience. I'm really sorry to hear about your negative experience, but thanks for the alert.

Hi Tony. Unfortunately I believe that I've also been cheated by them. As I ordered my courseworks 3 weeks ago and I've been told that I'll receive them by 1st of May 2012. But I haven't received a single thing. Whenever I ask them that why i haven't received my courseworks they keep on saying that they"ll deliver them by next day. Its been 3 days since then and as according to your experience it looks I might be cheated as well. Anyways all i want to know that did you receive your work from them after making the payment. And do you have their contact number as you earlier wrote that you keep on calling them.

couldn't find any reviews or complaints about them on internet

- A definite red flag. Never hire a company without any feedback attached to it. Sure, the company might be new and just starting out so the reviews may not be there yet, or the complaints readily found. The absence of a review means you have to look into the background of the company far more than you usually might.

hey were on the top of the website

- That means they paid the search engine for advertising rights and SEO optimization. Again. Never believe everything you read on the internet without trying to find out more about the company first. Remember that everything, even ranking reputation, is for sale except at a few sites such as ES whose mission is to expose such things.

offering pay pal service

- The magic reference. All companies that use PayPal tend to have a sense of reliability for some reason. That means nothing except that you have buyer's protection service for when you eventually get scammed.

Right now, there is no website to speak of when one tries to access this domain name. In DDG, the message is that the name is not resolved. When entered into FF it returns an address not found result. The same goes for Chrome. So the company obviously let go of this domain name soon after the negative reviews started coming out. The question, is whether they totally pulled out of the business since they are using a UK based domain name or, if they just changed names to get around the UK law against essay writing companies of any sort. Does anybody know if the latter is what the company runners decided to go with?
