I do not like how this company asks the client to "bank" funds with them towards their current and future orders. I do not believe that the company should have access to prepayments because, what if the client decides to go with a different company next time? It does not make sense to enter into an auto debit arrangement with this company. I checked the website thoroughly and there is no way to get a refund on your "deposit". You need to use it or lose it. That is something that only a company with evil intent would encourage a potential or current client to do. Never consider a writing company a bank. You should not leave money with them for future use. If you do, then you get the punishment that is coming to you.

Obviously, any requirement to issue any payment beyond payment for a single pending project is a huge red flag.
