Never received essay from Paper Edit - 2nd time!!!

Okay, I ordered a 2 page paper from Paper Edit yesterday that was due today by 7pm. Never received it. I emailed them at 8:10pm and told them that I had not received my paper and could someone please contact me. I also re-sent the order, per the instructions in the receipt email, if my order hadn't been received. It is now 10:49pm and I have not received any response whatsoever. No paper and no email. They could've at least emailed me to say the paper wouldn't be ready! The reason why I am taking the time to post this because this is the 2nd time that I have placed an order with them and never received anything!!! I know, should have learned from the first time, but I was in a bind because the company that I usually use didn't have a writer available. I've definitely learned my lesson and will NEVER EVER use Paper Edit again. Paper Edit isTHE WORSTservice I've ever used. Aaaarrgghhh!!!!!!!

Well, seeing as how you've posted zero proof of an actual transaction (name, order number, receipt, etc.), I'm going to presume that you are just an unscrupulous competitor posing as a customer. It certainly wouldn't be the first time.

Surprise, Surprise. WriterBeware responds because I make a complaint about Paper Edit. You are absolutely laughable and ridiculously predictable, just as all of the other posts say you are. I thought that this was a legitimate forum to voice a complaint if you had received bad service. I guess you can complain, as long as it isn't about Paper Edit. My story is true and you know it is. And I am not stupid enough to post my order transaction and receipt details so that you, who obviously works for Paper Edit, can have access to my personal information. If I were a competitor, I would have tried to discreetly mention the other sites that I have used, but I am not, so I won't. As a legitimate student and new member to this forum, I read the rules before I posted and only wrote what happened to me, per the rules, and nothing else. I didn't attack anyone personally and didn't lie about my experience. I'm sure there are some "posers" in this forum that aren't who they say they are but I'm not one of them. Seems like you are the only one here that is not legitimate, since you are choosing to discredit my story which isn't necessary.

Also, asking for proof of my transaction is highly suspicious and none of your business. Wow, I must've missed that part in the forum rules, you know the part about submitting your transaction information as evidence of story credibility. Why would you ask for that unless you worked for them? Oh yes, I remember, so you can "submit a request form to them for information on this matter." Ha! What a joke!

It was over a year ago when I tried them initially. The company that I usually use didn't have a writer available so I was in a bind. I found this forum and decided to try Paper Edits again because particular messages were so adamant about them being legit. I thought maybe it was a fluke that they messed up the first time, and it was over a year ago, so I tried them again. Well I know it wasn't a fluke now!

What was your paper about? If you didn't get a paper, it simply means no writer ever took your order, in which case, you'll get a full refund of whatever you prepaid. If you placed an order, you have a 5-digit order # (beginning with a 9). Just give it to me so I can check the board to see if it's still up. Of course, if you're full of it and just making all this up, you'll never provide that 5-digit # even though there's not a single conceivable reason you wouldn't give me the number if any of this is true. I watch that board constantly, so even if it's gone, chances are I'll recognize the topic if you paraphrase it here.

I just ordered an essay from Paper Editor Company. I do not agree the customer service is poor. It is true that to contact with the writer taking much more longer than in other companies, but they do answer.

Just have one question, is this note apply also to custom essays from Paper Edit?

Essays are supposed to be used strictly as models and referenced sources. If the student chooses to use them differently, we have no way of knowing that but if you're actually stupid enough to ask for a "rewrite" based on your professor's comments or because you say you didn't get an "A," then you will be told that we do not continue to work on essays that have been submitted for credit in violation of our explicit terms of use. Otherwise, the issue never comes up because all the legit companies are in business to earn repeat customers, not to rip off first-time/last time customers.

Apologies for rezzing such an old thread but I had a very similar problem recently as well. I ordered a paper from Paper Edit, first time the order never went through, too bad I didn't find out about this until the next day which cut my 5 day deadline to 4 days. I got in contact with their support team and they advised me to order again and this time they approved my order and sent me a receipt with all confirmations. The order was for 3 days (figured Id use the last day and half editing the paper to fit more closely to my criteria. Well this is where Paper Edit screwed me. They waited until the deadline time to notify me that there were no writers available, how hard is it to do this if no writer is available within 8-12 hours of the deadline? At this point 8 hours would have been a salvageable miracle. Perhaps they use writers who "complete" papers in less time? I dont mean to sound bitter but I feel really let down by the company promises of being timely and such. Anyhoo, just a warning to others not to make these websites your last resort (as I have). Really, they are only good for templates and with plenty of time in advance but then who the heck wants to pay 200$+ for a template, the prices are clearly jacked so that desperate students dish out whatever outrageous price these "companies" come up with to fix the procrastinating mistakes. One thing that should be said I guess is that Paper Edit did guarantee my refund. Ironically, I have appealed to Best Essays as well for this paper, both of which Ive done before stumbling onto this site. So I guess Ill keep this old thread posted on whether or not the Ukranian competition is better or worse. Funny thing is I need a paper on "NGOs in Developing democracies (Russia/Ukraine)" so if Bestessays IS Ukranian they should be able to help me out no prob <<fingers crossed but not holding my breath>>.

Here's my take: you "screwed" yourself by not allowing enough time to finish the assignment. You then assign blame to a company for YOUR irresponsibility after its staff scrambled, unsuccessfully, to try to secure a writer for your GEOGRAPHICALLY-SPECIFIC project. Sometimes, with a demanding topic like that, during such a busy time of year, writers are reluctant to touch a GEOGRAPHICALLY-SPECIFIC project when so many other projects are available from which to pick-and-choose.

Anyway IT IS the companies fault when they false advertise 100% guarantees, so spare me the "scrambling" bullcr@p.

The fact of the matter is that `YOUR`company makes much bolder promises than just a research paper on time (the option I went for), I pity the fools who come to your doorstep for dissertations. "YOUR" company promised a service and they could not deliver. NOT only that but they couldn't inform of their failure on time, I dont know which is worse. Long story short is, get a job and stop scamming students for their loan money WB.

Back on topic, BestEssays was also not able to find me a writer, what a surprise. Another company that "guarantees" worthless service. The sketchy thing about BestEssays is that they are not promising a 100% refund and are wanting to talk about a partial refund?? :O How crazy are these people. Long story short, you can risk your money and most likely your education career by going to one of these lame, "get the best paper of your life done quick" websites, or just write the paper or yourself, OR hire an English Honors Major for fraction of the price. Lesson learned.

ET and Best Essays are false advertising websites if you want a custom research paper you are more likely to receive it from God than you are from these people. Well unless you are asking them to write on something `THEY`want to write on. Because according to WB It`s all in the context `THEY`can provide not what you need.

By the way WB I could've burned Bes tEssays much worse, like the operator on the phone was an interesting endeavor, or the messages they sent prior to me sending them my credit card.
