Reliable Student Writers failed to deliver a good paper

I ordered a research paper from Reliable Student Writers but they failed to deliver what they promised. My paper was poorly written, full of grammar mistakes and some parts were plagiarized. Not recommended to other students. They are not BBB member either which is suspicious. Can I sue them for breaching the terms of service? Or maybe they can sue me? In the end they refunded money for the paper.

They can't sue you if you gave a factual account of your dealings with them - only if you exaggerated or gave a misleading account. If you stick to the facts you won't have any problems or need to post apologies.

By the way, not being a member of the BBB doesn't mean anything in itself as basically it's a subscription organization.

You write you ordered a paper and never received it. There could be many reasons for that. Anyway - you don't write anything if they actually refunded your money. I assume they did (otherwise you'd write something about that).

If they did refund your money (or didn't even charge you in the first place), and you still continued slandering them, I think they have the right to sue you and they would most likely win.

I received an e-mail that they refunded my money. I think that's because my credit card reversed the charges. I don't think that they will sue because they just wanted an apology (which they got). They threathen to sue other people too, with no action on their part.

If they refunded the money which they should do. I still don't think that they should sue because they facts are they offerend a service and never received anything. They are numerous other people that have been wronged by this company. I'm just one of many.

So basicly what you are saying is if they refund the money I can't share my experience and say what happened cause that is considered slandering?

I spoke with the Attorney Genereal and Federal Trade Commisions and they said that because they never delieved the service they don't have a leg to stand on.

Also the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commisons said that they were just harrassing me.

Reliable WriterI love debunking crap wherever I see it. Nothing new here with "Cammie." I read her complaint at ROR. What she conveniently leaves out is that Reliable Student Writers did nothing wrong. It was completely her fault, and THAT is why she knew she had to apologize for her libelous posts. I see that Reliable Writers provided proof that Fiona is a total simpleton and a liar. Following is Reliable Student Writers' response at ROR:

-------------------------
I am one of the Reliable Student Writers employees who dealt with Fiona's order. To make a long story short, Fiona's complaint is the result of her either ignoring, accidentally deleting, or blocking our email with SPAM software or Yahoo's junk mail filter. In fact, Fiona admitted in one of her emails that she was unsure about her own email filters:

"I don't think that my Spam guard is up"

What Fiona does not know is that we automatically BCC our own Gmail account on every single email that we send, which enables us to defend ourselves against false non-response claims such as Fiona's. Following is the header (IPs removed for privacy of all parties) of the email that we sent to Fiona on October 30, 2006, which she falsely claims that we did not send. This email is crucial because it explains to her exactly how to choose a different service or begin the refund process. Fiona never responded to that email.

The next response we received from Fiona contained quotes from this thread at RipOffReport, accusing us of being "scam artists" because we "never responded" to her. We then told her that we had, indeed, already emailed instructions to her. Her next action was to post this undeserved complaint.

-------------------------

OK, in my opinion, "Fiony" just opened herself up to some serious legal problems. Her after-the-fact posting here constitutes pure malice. She's screwed.

You're screwed. You should have left it alone. You attacked them out of pure malice. They did nothing wrong. You had the email problems and insulted them. Evene after that, they still refunded your payment. So, what do you do? You go and post crap at ROR. They can easily sue you and win just for that. They obviously worked out the problem with you, and forgave. So, THEN what do you do? You come here and attack them again!

I repeat, you're screwed. I'd hate to be you when Reliable Writers sees this.

It works both ways - you didn't pay a cent, so why do you post bad things about them? There are many students who actually paid for the service using other companies and never received the paper and the company didn't want to refund the money.

I'm sorry I wish I never posted anything here in the first place. Can this thing be deleted or something.

No. You're screwed. Do you have a very large savings account? Defamation suits are very costly for the losers nowadays.

I should have left this matter alone since I solved it with them and then I went here to post this I should have already learned my lesson and not have posted anything here.

If only people had a little more patience and learn how to deal with these stupid email filters - life would be so much easier......

It doesn't matter if it gets deleted if Reliable Student Writing archives this page and takes dated screen captures.

Just hilarious to see these false facts you're posting. Don't worry; the mod will delete your post soon, as they did last time you posted this slanderous garbage. Best part of this is you didn't provide one once of evidence, in that whole post.
