What kind of reply is this?

The fact that its listed address isn't promising.

pheelyks-- as a reply, essayhood's is actually a little better than yours. first of all, do you remember what a sentence is?

seriously, pheelyks... what was going on with you in elementary school? something was obviously really distracting you. were you popular too early? were you absent a lot? were you the victim of bullies? maybe you were home-schooled.

don't answer; I don't really care. let's stick to the present.

I'd say, "well, this company does give an address on its website; you just have to scroll down;" but is that even your complaint? I can't tell; it's nonsense.

eerik-- the fact that the company does give contact info (2 phone numbers and a street address) on its website is a good sign, but you might want to check just in case, to make sure the address is real, and the numbers work. use Google maps, and pick up a phone. when you call, identify yourself as a potential customer, and ask them some questions. how long have they been in business? how many writers do they employ? etc. if you still have trepidation, place a small order (2 pages) first, and, if you like what you get, order more. it's as simple as that.

That's the proverbial litmus test in my book.

Sigh...

1.) Ordering a page to check if the company can provide good output has been a suggestion of many writers here. Your comment is as expected as it is nonsensical.

2.) It's a pity that each time you get cornered in a thread, you withdraw and just jump into the next thread to attack the same people. I think that until you actually expose my real identity (which you haven't) and get editor75's account terminated (which you haven't), you remain to be the ONLY mrn AND fraudster that's posting on this thread.

Wrong. Anyone who's been here a while knows that your claim is absolute nonsense. I've never backed down to ANYONE, and I've posted more verifiable information in this forum than probably all other members combined.

I think that until you actually expose my real identity (which you haven't)

LMAO, OK, Margie! I could probably track down the thread in which you ADMIT (after being left with no choice) that you lied about who you are AND acknowledged being Margaret, but that's not necessary. Many members witnessed me exposing your shameless masquerading as an "ESL" writer and exposing your identity. Pheelyks, for example, called you out for your years-long lie campaign that you felt the need to put in place because you could not honestly debate me. How convenient that you have once again begun to lie about your previous lies. Margie, I realize that you have a real-world need to separate yourself from the illegal activities to which you are now irreversibly tied in the public sphere, but come on-you're latest denials are just a tad pathetic.

get editor75's account terminated (which you haven't)

As I have stated on multiple occasions, RustyWriter is a tiny, pathetic criminal with ZERO clout or reach. He asked me to get his account closed, so I will oblige him. I have, indeed, kicked the pertinent tires on the RustyWriter front and know the owner of acdmn, but I have much bigger fish to fry at the moment. Rest assured, however, that I will not only report in the original thread when Rusty's account gets closed, but I will create a new thread in which I will also post a list of your (and Rusty's) quotes claiming that it will never happen. He who laughs last, laughs best. Believe me-I will laugh last. In the meantime, feel free to rack up the posts that I will use for quoting.

I've never backed down to ANYONE,

That's true. Despite facing overwhelming humiliation, you never admit your faults and back down. What point are you trying to make here?

LMAO, OK, Margie! I could probably track down the thread in which you ADMIT

Sigh...

However, I did find your grossly misinformed belief that I am an American military personnel in some Philippine camp named Sgt.

So carry on. I don't mind. If WB says that I'm Sgt. Margaret, a native English writer/army officer who graduated from Texas Tech (right?) and pretended on this board to be an ESL writer, then people are free to believe that. ^___^

He asked me to get his account closed, so I will oblige him.

Bark! Bark! ^_________^

You are PATHETIC.

He who laughs last, laughs best

Sigh.. still touting this:

sec.gov.ph/decision/mar%202011/case%20no.%2006-10-119.pdf

Even after this:

OH BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, do the proceedings in the link you sent showed that some external American stalker had anything to do with the court action versus Uniwork? In other words, did you have ANYTHING to do with ANY of it? :p

Tsk tsk.... mental. :p

I don't really care.

You don't really care about something you've been harping on for months? What a strange, sad life you lead.

And yeah, it appears I accidentally left out a few words in my response. Clearly I'm an idiot that didn't do well in elementary school. Your logic is impeccable.

Sigh.. still touting this:

You're back to practicing your patented "selective quoting," I see.

Rusty's fat, lazy, crooked, Michael-Moore-looking a*s is going to "occupy" Wall Street in order to force essay company owners to provide freelance writers with full benefits, including 401k, paid vacations, sick days, and medical/dental coverage.

How many times are you going to embarrass yourself by misusing that term?

big talk. it's been what, 3 years? how many more years do I have to wait?

Well, for the time being, I'll continue to take joy in the FACT that you got fired from multiple other companies already. (Ouch, that hurts, especially in these tough financial times.)

the precedent from the Phillipines

Sigh...

What precedent are you talking about? As far as we can see here, EW still operates across the world, writers from the Philippines are still able to write for EW, and based on a previous thread, it seems that these writers are still able to write for writers.ph

Yet even if the ruling somehow did hurt EW...

What precedent are you talking about?

Do you really think that anybody CARES about their operations in the Philippines? If you do, you're even more of an idiot than I thought. There's an endgame. Based on your comments over the years, there's no way in hell that you've ever stepped into a courtroom (aside from jury duty). You're in way over your head, Margie. You have no idea how US cases are built and won. Google is legally bound by the rulings of US courts and the FTC. Just STFU already, ditz.

Hmm....

Uniwork, Inc. (writers.ph, et al) has been officially dissolved by the government of the Philippines and the SEC. Yuri has also been permanently banned from doing business in the Philippines.

Phone number and biochemistry talk

editor75 - abuse of posting privileges
- Criminal record of Yuri, owner of essaywriters.net, bestessays.com, superiorpapers.com, etc.

Posted the same thing in three threads... tsk tsk. You haven't been taking your meds again. You really should take your DID seriously.

When the company claims to have been in business since 1969, but then got its domain registration in 2001, there is a clear discrepancy in the information provided. I mean, the business may have been started by someone in 1969, but it definitely isn't this Jim Kulk. He would be too old to be running the company as a single prop by now or, he would be dead. So there is something not trustworthy about this company that uses and unconfirmed Culver City address.

The company url is offline. There is no way to load the page. I tried and did not get any connection or error message whatsoever. the browser just kept trying to contact the server. My guess is, the company followed the Philippine court ruling with the intention of resurfacing in another country and url. That is proving to be difficult for Yuri since there court decisions have a way of following the bad guy. His company is not a problem for us at the moment. We should prepare for his eventual resurfacing though. That is sure to happen. When is just a matter of time.
