Gee, what a surprise that the owners of EssaysOrigin.com state that "EssayAcademia.com Wins the Best Essay Writing Company 2010." What a load of self-promoting crap.

trinity, that really isn't too expensive. Think about it: the company probably keeps close to half of what they charge to cover expenses, pay admin, and generate a profit for the owners. That means the writer is working at about $12-$15/page. Assuming you want a college-educated writer who is intelligent enough to earn a decent living in the developed world in one way or another, this is about the minimum you are going to have to pay.

I and the several other writers I actually know to some degree support our families doing this; we aren't millionaires by any stretch of the imagination, but if we couldn't make a real living doing this we'd be in another line of work. You can definitely find cheaper papers, but the quality is almost certain to suffer significantly.

Not according to EW_liar . . . . She thinks that there is no such thing as fraud, as long as a customer can request a re-write. The ends justify the means. Of course, customers' trust/time and consumer-protection laws don't mean jack.

Wow.. thank you for dragging me in here and giving me the perfect excuse to humiliate you even further.

One, I never said that the price of a paper was not related to quality. As a rule, I don't accept projects that pay less than $10/250 words, and that lowest rate is only for projects that I can finish in 30 minutes.

Now on the matter of consumer-protection laws, DOES ANYONE.. ANYONE AT ALL, support WritersBeware's bold, pretend-lawyer statement that:

False advertisement is a crime only when a customer actually buys something

which falls in direct contradiction against the stipulations of the Lanham Act?

§ 43 (15 U.S.C. §1125). False designations of origin; false description or representation
(a) (1) Any person who, on or in connection with any goods or services, or any container for goods, uses in commerce any word, term, name, symbol, or device, or any combination thereof, or any false designation of origin, false or misleading description of fact, or false or misleading representation of fact, which--

(A) is likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive as to the affiliation, connection, or association of such person with another person, or as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval of his or her goods, services, or commercial activities by another person, or

(B) in commercial advertising or promotion, misrepresents the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of his or her or another person's goods, services, or commercial activities, shall be liable in a civil action by any person who believes that he or she is or is likely to be damaged by such act.

There is no good, service, or commercial activity if the site never completes an order or accepts payment. The very essence of commercial activity is the exchange of payment for a product or service.

YOU LOSE. Thanks for playing. I did find it amusing that-for the first time ever-you actually tried to post some evidence, but only because you were so desperate and upset about me outing you as the most prolific liar and morally bankrupt scoundrel in the history of this forum, Margaret. How cute!

Hey.. thanks for posting, Now we can see if people believe you over the law.

So what is it people, do you go with door number one?

(A)is likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive as to the affiliation, connection, or association of such person with another person, or as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval of his or her goods, services, or commercial activities by another person, or

(B) in commercial advertising or promotion, misrepresents the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of his or her or another person's goods, services, or commercial activities, shall be liable in a civil action by any person who believes that he or she is or is likely to be damaged by such act.

Or... door number two:

if the site never completes an order or accepts payment, (the site is not liable to charges under the Lanham Act)

Cast your votes. ^_________^

When faced witha list of scam companies in a public review, it is safe to assume that all the companies included are scams. There are times when the various company owners pay for collectively beneficial write ups. Sometimes, the companies even have the same owner. It would be best to usethe list as a reference, but do your own investigating before hiring anyone. Paid publicity is always slanted towards helping toget the company hired. Be careful, always approach these reviews with disbelief.

It is a relief to know that this company has been taken offline. Whatever the reason is, the students should rejoice in the thought that one of the worst essay writing services has finally been stopped from fleecing the students of their hard earn (or parent budgeted) money. I tried to access this website earlier and I just came up with a blank page. There is no error, no domain name warning, nothing. The site just won't load. I can only assume that this is a recent development, which is why the normal notifications are not in place yet. Here's hoping they never come back online in any form.
