This is soooooo ESL. The problem with low quality ESL writers (apart from their inability to write) is that they try to impose their native language's idea of `good writing' upon the English language. Hence, the senseless exaggerations, metaphors, similes, sickly flowery style and obsession with superlatives.

Fracturegang: even if you learn proper English (wonder of wonder, miracle of miracles) , you are totally divorced from the culture upon which it is founded. As long as you do not understand the cultural context - the very essence of the language - you always will be ESL.

And, guess what? You could very well be lucky if you do as she is one of their PREMIUM WRITERS. Apart from the few very good ones they have (example: rusty), others are even worse than FRACTUREGRANG - AKA LAWRENCE, LAILA, SOLOMON SALAZAR. By her own admission, paid customers received F-level work. forgetting to add a word to sentence due to hasty writing is one thing; having a total lack of the basics of standard modern English is another.

Whereas, a single dot or asterix (*) connotes a missing letter (i.e. f**k). When you write "a...s.....s..." and mean "ass" (mods, please permit me to use this for the sake of driving home my point), then you don't need the dots.

An English language writer has to have better than average (as in the average NATIVE SPEAKER) linguistic skills; an academic writer has to be educated.
