Does anyone have an experience with ThesisAssitance.co.uk?? I have been ripped off by these scoundrels. They never delivered what they promissed and on top of that have refused to do any refund. I paid them via a debit card and wondering if it's possible to retrieve my money somehow? I am all distressed.

ThesisAssistance.co.uk is part of the same, Pakistani ripoff outfit that lost 555 of its sites via a US Federal Court ruling a few months ago. Unfortunately, it seems that a handful of their ripoff sites (almost all .co.uk domains) didn't make it into the Court Order.

Make no mistake--you have been swindled. Perhaps UK members with legal knowledge can suggest which actions to take.

It is more difficult to retrieve the money in a debit card situation. Producing the required documentation alone is already a headache. It is not impossible, just contact your bank for the procedure. You need to be aware though that the claim process can take upwards of 3 months. You will need extreme patience while sorting it out.

Looks like the company played the quick scam game. The company was set up in 2009 with the sole intent of stealing information and cash from the students. The website stood only logn enough for the owners to gain a particular amount that they needed to be able to move on to another scam. Nobody knows what became of the owners of this site. If they own a different academic company or if they are working in another line of business with the blood money they collected. All that is clear is that the website is no longer in existence and the owners ran off with a hefty sum of money with a slew of students cussing them all the way.

Unfortunately, that pretty much describes the vast majority of companies in this business.They offer prices that seem very competitive, except they don't actually provide anything or they provide completely useless garbage, often simply copied and pasted directly from whatever sources are loosely related to the topic of the assignment. They rip off their customers while also making the prices of legitimate companies and writers seem "high" to inexperienced customers who can't tell the difference between real essay providers and scam artists.
