I hope someone can help me understand how this so-called "New Age of Academic Writing" is supposed to instill more trust in the company and its writers just because thee owners have taken to advertising on social media websites rather than using the regular website route. I do not see how this is less prone to bad actions and negative players like some suggest. After all, identities can be faked on social media and the requirements for registering a business website on say Facebook is not as stringent as one would think. As long as one is willing to pay for a business account and advertising, he can boost his profile across social media sites owned by Meta. Personally, I would not immediately trust an academic writing company that promotes itself across SM. What do you guys think? Are the soc med based companies truly more reliable than the domain name / website based sites?
