The Rise of Writing Companies on Social Media

I hope someone can help me understand how this so-called "New Age of Academic Writing" is supposed to instill more trust in the company and its writers just because thee owners have taken to advertising on social media websites rather than using the regular website route. I do not see how this is less prone to bad actions and negative players like some suggest. After all, identities can be faked on social media and the requirements for registering a business website on say Facebook is not as stringent as one would think. As long as one is willing to pay for a business account and advertising, he can boost his profile across social media sites owned by Meta. Personally, I would not immediately trust an academic writing company that promotes itself across SM. What do you guys think? Are the soc med based companies truly more reliable than the domain name / website based sites?
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.

I value the concern but, in my opinion, trust in the modern world does not so much depend on where a service is being promoted but how clear it is. The social media-based academic support tends to be more accountable because of the transparency of the name of its provider, his or her reputation, reviews, and the presence of real-time interaction opportunities. A typical site can stay objective but a social profile cannot be without critique or feedback. In my case as an individual, I would rate originality, bluntness and previous work as important, rather than owning a domain name. What is important is that the writer is standing behind what he or she is writing and producing quality.

Well, my classmates believe that they can hire more reliable professionals via the social media pages because the feedback is instantaneous when it comes to the service being provided. Also. there is the protection that is offered by the social media sites with regards to their business page partners. When a social media based website violates the trust of the student, the student can report the offender to the proper social media business authorities, knowing that a proper investigation will take place and, that the offending party will see his social media page shut down once proven guilty. I think that is the main reason why the students tend to trust the social media based academic writing businesses in the New Age of Academic Writing.
