It has come to my attention (and I'm not Volkov) that the people related to one of the Ukrainian websites (possibly - custom writings, buy essay, paper help, essay shark etc.) have allegedly hired an Ukrainian photographer, Valentyn Volkov, to commit a crime of sending fake DMCA request to remove specific EssayScam URLs from Google web search. Valentyn Volkov owns copyrights to dozens of images (his profile can be found here: shutterstock.com/g/volff or here: istockphoto.com/user_view.php?id=2602375). On May 13, 2013, he (or the people conspiring with him) signed up for an EssayScam account under the username: valentyvolkov09.

On the same day, he posted HIS OWN IMAGES of beer (now they are removed) in the following threads:

essayscam.org/forum/es/think-ontimepaperassistance-total-absolute-3330/
essayscam.org/forum/es/avoiding-dissertationdom-full-money-refund-back-3614/
essayscam.org/forum/es/assignmentdom-bad-customer-service-report-2337/

and sent a FAKE DMCA request to claim copyright ownership to the images so that Google removes these URLs from its search engine:
lumendatabase.org/notices/824250

It is yet another attempt by the Ukrainian website owners to sabotage EssayScam and the efforts of its members. Their activities have been recorded and can be used by interested parties for prosecution. Maybe the company that was successful in prosecuting Pakistani website owners will be interested in having some other domains permanently forwarded to them.

Valentyn Volkov's contact information is below:

Not Volkov

Why in the world would we hire some photographer (who's name i've just seen 1st time in my life btw) to post fake dmca requests to remove links to web sites WHICH DON'T BELONG TO US?

If I wanted to do something like this, I would rather do that to remove posts on custom writings, don't you think so?

It is yet another attempt by the Ukrainian website owners to sabotage EssayScam and the efforts of its members.

They have been trying for decades. It will never work. The people at ES are far better and always a step ahead of the scammers. They can file all the complaints they want, claim all the copyrights they can, but it won't erase the fact that, when the investigation is completed, ES always comes up not guilty of the accusations. This forum will never go away. Not while there are students out there who rely on the forum for help and legitimate writers willing to fight for what is right and defend ES as best as we can.

It sounds to me more like he was trying to get free publicity more than anything else. It had very little, if nothing, to do with DMCA laws. We see those likes here all the time. Ads for irrelevant topics or images , these always get taken down.
